The location was very convenient for sightseeing, with easy access from both MRT Taipei Main Station and Beimen Station. Towels are available for rent for an additional fee. Slippers are provided, and there is a shoe box area, which helped keep the space clean and comfortable. In addition to the bathrooms inside the dormitory, there are also shared toilets and shower rooms located outside, which was convenient when the dormitory facilities were busy. The staff were very kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. They also shared helpful information about nearby restaurants and how to get to MRT Taipei Main Station.

An unreal location and a beautiful room! While small, the room was very clean and tidy with a private bathroom and balcony. The bookshop attached to the communal kitchen was a great place to relax and the restaurant next door offered a great breakfast. The room came with breakfast vouchers which was an added bonus! I will definitely be re-booking next time I’m in Taiwan!

Good stay for the price. Near Ximen MRT, checkin in another desk 5mn walk from the hotel. Slept quite well in the capsule but it’s not very sound proof otherwise was good. I could lay down entirely just enough (175cm). This might not be good if you’re taller than 180cm I think. There is a locker for your belongings and there is a small kitchen on 3rd floor. Overall recommend for a few nights.

Overall, it was decent. The location is very convenient. My first impression was a little off because the mattress looked a bit old, but after checking, I found it was clean, so it wasn't a huge issue. The mirror above the sink was also a bit too small. For breakfast, I went down a bit late and there was hardly anything left. I hope these points can be improved.

Good location. 5 mins walk to the main bus and train stations, but a little far from the central area on foot, about 15-20 mins walk. Close to quite a lot of restaurants and cafés. The room was okay, quite clean overall, but my room was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator, so I had to take the stairs every day. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The wifi could be improved.

The Hostel is a posture image of what sincere business establishment should be - the staff are extremely hard working ensuring very high level of cleanliness in the Hostel common area, coordinating a late check in is very easy over email and they reply to email corrin limits. If you are on a work /tourist itinerary in Taipei and require very good quality of sleep in between this boutique hostel is your go to place. The sheets are professionally dry cleaned and very cozy, the air conditioner is set by front desk at the right temperature always, the Hostel is extremely quite at night for sound quality sleep.

This place was perfect for a quick one night stay after my long flight from the US to Taipei. The location is very convienent because it’s right down the street from Taipei main station, in fact I just walked there. The room and the facilities were neat, clean and the decor is so cute and welcoming. The staff was also very accommodating for my last check in, which I really appreciated! This was a perfect place for me to relax and decompress before continuing my travels the next day. Just for reference, I booked a private room which to My delight came with a big window and some Mountain views after sunrise. The bedding was comfortable and so was the bed itself! I would definitely stay here again.

The experience was fantastic! I got to meet girls from different countries and hear their stories, which was a real bonus. The environment was great too, with plenty of clean showers and toilets. The hot water came on quickly and had good pressure, and they even provided conditioner in addition to shampoo and body wash. I bought a toothbrush for just 20 NTD, and laundry was free – I just needed to buy a 10 NTD laundry ball. It was quiet enough, and there was always staff at the front desk to help out!

I had a great stay at Angels Hostel (Taipei Ximen)! The location is absolutely perfect – it's just a short 5-8 minute walk to the bustling Ximending shopping and eating district, and equally close to the MRT station, making it super easy to get around Taipei . The bathroom could definitely be better and clear, and the dorm room has so many dorm beds! Overall a positive experience.

Second stay, very good service, very good location, this time I experienced the bedrock bath, bedrock bath can detoxify, improve sleep quality, very good experience, sincerely recommend Youzhai is the first choice for staying in Yilan~
