9h Nine Hours Narita Airport

Sleeping pods (capsules) are at two levels - crawl in at floor level or climb up to second level (small ladder). Capsule has mattress, doona/duvet/quilt, wi-fi, and adjustable light. You can sit up comfortably inside capsule. Retractable curtain covers the entrance to capsule. So you have to be very quiet so neighbours aren’t disturbed, and snoring can be an issue (yours or others). Hotel divided into two sections - men only and women only. Reception hands you a bag containing towels and robe. Door from reception opens to locker room. Lockers are good size - can fit the largest suitcase, and more. Leave your shoes in locker and use slippers. Then head to shower/toilet area or capsule-bed area. No eating or drinking in capsule-bed area. No lounge area. Hotel connected to Terminal Two by two walkways (underground near train station entrance, or overpass at level two). Terminal Two has 24hr convenience store and a Yoshinoya, and usual shops and restaurants open during business hours. Connecting passageway to Terminal 3 from Terminal 2, or Shuttle bus to Terminal 1 every ten minutes (takes 7 minutes).

The carbonated bath and open-air bath in the large communal bath were very comfortable and helped me to relieve the fatigue of the day. Also, towels, indoor wear, and bath amenities were provided, so I didn't have to bring much luggage. The cabin was clean and comfortable, with a TV and a safe for valuables. I would like to use it again if I have business near Makuhari.
Leo Yu Capsule Hotel Funabashi

It is about 5 minutes walk from Nishi Funabashi Station. There is no shop around, so it feels like sleeping. There is a space in the lobby where cartoons and newspapers can be read, and there are many people who are relaxing. There were washing machines and dryers, and the shower was clean. It is recommended because transportation is good.
Leo YU Capsule Hotel Nishifunabashi

It's a few minutes from Nishi Funabashi and renovated a low-rise condominium. There is a shop in front of the station, so it seems that it is not troubled by food. It is very beautiful inside, completely divided into men and women, and it is a mechanism that cannot be put inside without a key. The private room capsule is large enough. The shower amenities are also well equipped. There seem to be several VIP type single rooms. In the difficulty, is there no TV in the private room? But there is no problem even if it is free of wifi.
Funabashi Grand Sauna and Capsule Hotel
3.7/558 Reviews
The facility itself is old. It's a pity that there are two Japanese-style toilets and one Western-style toilets, but the price was cheap and the sauna and bath facilities were good. It is also good to walk a few minutes from the station. For the capsule sauna in the Showa period, I think the sauna room, the washroom, and the bathtub are also large and comfortable. The break room is a little crowded and I think it will be difficult to secure a reclining space. There was no loud conversation in the rest room or bathroom, which can be seen in large hot bath facilities. I was worried about the customer layer because it was in the restaurant area in front of the station, but I think it is no problem at all.
WE Home Hotel&Kitchen Ichikawa Funabashi - Hostel

Note that it is a hostess rather than a hotel. The bed is 2 stage of the lower double plus upper single. Up to 3 names can be stayed. 2 person sofa, table, desk & chair. Wifi complete. Unit bus & toilet. The refrigerator is shared on the floor. There is no meal, but you can borrow a 1F kitchen and cook it yourself. There is a free drink service. There is no TV, and it is an alternative projector + subsqueeze viewing environment. You can also watch your own video by connecting the smartphone. Amenities feel like charging the necessary amount. Toothbrush set, razor, body towel, solid soap, shampoo & rinse can be bought. The bath towel is borrowed at 200 yen. It is returned from the hygiene side in 2 days. Shampoo rinse body soap set is also available for bottles.

The distance from the center of Tokyo is very good and the transportation is convenient. The staff at the counter was very friendly and did not cause any inconvenience during my stay. If I go to Tokyo next time, I want to use it again. recommend!

Use with 5 families and 1 dog. I had a hard time entering the reservation number at remote check-in, but the room was clean and easy to use, and the dog (Chihuahua) was also calm. I liked the open-air bath the most. I could hardly see the outside scenery, but I could see the moon through the gap around the ceiling. I rarely cooked it, but I had the minimum necessary items, steamed and ate the clams I had bought. I liked coffee makers. The price is cheap!

Youroukeikoku Onsenkyo Onsen Ryokan Kawanoya

The hotel is just by the river in Yoro Valley, a standard old-fashioned Japanese hotel with no elevator. Dinner and breakfast are all Japanese-style set meals, very rich, and they are all local specialties, and they taste good. The hot spring is in a cave underground, and the hot spring water is black.
