everything is good , clean and comfort so I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay this area

The hotel room is big , spacious and clean and many of the basic or more amenties was provided . There is even a dining table for family of 4 to dine . A microwave oven as well as a mini fridge and the aircon is good and cozy .All this at a very good deal price . The walking distance from CIQ to the hotel is roughly about 5 to 8 mins , via through Amari hotel and from there walk to this hotel . There is even a water refiller at the common corridor enable hot and cold water to be refill . The staff is friendly and helpful . The only factors that need to take note is there is only 1 elevator and the nearest 7 eleven is a walking distance located at Amari hotel and there are also many eateries nearby also . All the factors are minor because the building is a 5th storey building . Still i will book again .

Perfect for a short stay near by JB Sentral. No problem: Beds are clean, A/C working, with water dispenser. Only downside was the people staying there: snoring like thunder, watching videos loudly, slamming the doors loudly.

Good 1. Super clean even the toilet. Hallway doesn't have any bad smell 2. Take 2 room and request for connecting room. 3. Hot water access immediately at the shower. No waiting. Good water pressure. 4. Spacious room and king size bed. 5. Park at property. Can validate parking card 5. Good value Bad 1. Toilet size is too small. Like it meant for kids. Even the toilet roll can touch your shoulder. 2. Pillow is too soft and flat when you lay down. 3. Iron is outside at the hall. 4. Swimming pool need to take access card first at the lobby (never mentioned when checked in until we figure out). No towel provided. 5. Aircond not cold as it supposed to be. 16degree felt like 24 degree

The capsule hotel is managed by an elderly couple. The reviews were mixed, between they're being nice vs being mean. What about how I thought? ”They're being very kind and trying hard to run the business for travellers convenience”. It's never easy to run businesses and it's not a charity so some may think if youre in business you should be at least act like a pro. For those who said that..then can you be one nice customer to the business owners? Not to forget..they're elderly, yet they did their best to help you with your stay with certain in house rules, which is manageable by the crowds they're having - solo/friends travellers - gamersalike Personally chat and understand that they're constantly tired and wired to the place and it's a very tiring job. Leave some kindness to the world and be kind to people around us, you will find wonderfulness. The rest I'll leave it up to yourself to judge.

Bathroom was noisy when it's electric was turned on. I didn't know and this disturb my sleep

One of my fav hotel Batu pahat. Easy self check in service. Easy access to room. Very comfortable bed. I asked for room extend and they gave me extra 2 hours without any payment. Exactly beside petrol station.

The checkin guide only provided same day 2pm which is a bit late. Overall room is spacious and okay, with dining table, TV, wifi and small sofa. The only issue is the present of quite some mosquitoes...
