First time staying at Cloud Nest, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! * **Location:** Prime location in the heart of Huangpu District, close to the subway, super convenient for shopping at the Bund and Nanjing Road, making getting around effortless. * **Cleanliness:** Rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were all spotless. A cleaning lady cleaned diligently, there were no unpleasant odors, and bedding was changed after each guest. * **Amenities:** Thoughtful facilities: 24-hour front desk, free Wi-Fi, self-service laundry, and a common lounge area. Each bed has its own light, power outlet, and storage locker; the capsule rooms offer good privacy. * **Service:** Friendly and patient staff, always ready to answer questions, creating a relaxed atmosphere. * **Value for Money:** Affordable dormitory room prices, great value for money, a rare find in a prime business district. * **Suitable for:** Students, backpackers, and short-term stays. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai, and I highly recommend it to all my friends!

The overall experience is good. The layout of the hostel is good having rooms at the outer circle while bathrooms area is located in the center. Toilet bowls and shower area are separated for males and females but the wash basins are mixed. You will need to pay for towel if you need one. Staff is not quite capable of English but they are friendly and will try to help you. The hostel is just a 5-minute walk to Laoximen subway station.

Great Stay in the Heart of Shanghai I had a fantastic stay at this hostel! The location is perfect—right between The Bund and the Shanghai Museum, making it easy to explore the city. The subway is also close by, which was convenient for getting around. The staff were helpful and spoke English, which made my stay even smoother. The bed was comfortable with a privacy curtain that hides the light very well :) —it added an extra touch of comfort. Nothing fancy but overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Shanghai!

It was a good place to stay, the room was clean and even though it was winter after you enter the bed the cold is not a bother, it has many different commodities, as it is a hostel and you share bathroom it has a makeup place. It has a kitchen but I don’t know how it is as I didn’t use it, and there was a place where you can left your suitcase. In general it was good. Thanks
