Amazing staff! Cynthia, the manager, and her whole team are absolutely wonderful! Everyone is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Very safe and very clean hotel. Excellent breakfast selection. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, etc.

We booked for a non-smoking room but we got a smoke/nicotin terrible smell room. The hotel clerk told us this is a no smoking room so he told us not to smoke. We don't smoke but the room was horribly smoke stinking. After we checked-out, we can still smell the smoke on our clothings. The floor is nicely renovated but it was too dirty with sand, soil!! beddings, toilet are clean. Breakfast is very simple but acceptable. Wichita Falls Baymont where we came from before Biloxi was excellent!

Our room was clean & beds comfortable THe hotel was set way back & behind other hotels off the Interstate.. We had an easy check-in but were given 2 room keys. Only 1 would work at a time, so my hubby had to walk to the front desk to get it changed.

You can’t beat this room for the price! The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I’ve never stayed at a Super 8 so I didn’t know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The pressure of the shower was great and exactly what I needed after driving 12 hours. The only issue was the juice machine in the little cafeteria area wasn’t working. Other than that this was a great place. Will definitely stay here again when traveling through.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at this Best Western! Staff at checking was very kind. We got a great night sleep! The room was clean and comfortable. Plus spacious enough to allow my 9 year old to pace a bit after being stuck in the car. Location is perfect. Easy to get to and with various dinner options around. Breakfast was really good. Enough options for all three of us! And food was hot and fresh and yummy. We all really enjoyed the pancake maker. I don't remember this from our last stay, but it was a great addition! My kiddo loved making and eating them. This is our favorite place to rest and refuel on our way from Texas to Florida.

The room is very outdated but you get what you pay for. The toilet was not set correctly and rocked anytime it was used. Eventually leaked when flushed. I let the front desk know. There was a man talking to the front desk and said to them this was the second toilet that had similar issues.
