They said they had not received the card and had already been charged. So I stayed up for more than an hour until someone more wise sent me in to then resolve with Trip. Then they gave me a room whose window opened in front of a wall, a huge hotel, I went to ask for a change, and the receptionist told me that it was the trip room that another would have to pay. I found it very gross.

O hotel tem uma estrutura fantástica, nostálgica, que remete à bonança do período de sua inauguração, em 1929. No entanto o atendimento tem deixado a desejar, vê-se que falta treinamento aos funcionários para a categoria do hotel. Além disso falta zelo na manutenção das instalações. Em minha última hospedagem, por exemplo, não tive televisão disponível porque o cabo coaxial da tv encontrava-se partido, e como só percebi isso no período noturno de um domingo não seria possível o reparo. A fechadura do banheiro estava estragada, e substituíram-na por um trinco completamente deslocado da estrutura e decoração antiga do quarto. Os edredons disponíveis no quarto eram diferentes um do outro e de baixa qualidade, o que demonstra que a administração do Hotel está interessada em economizar ao extremo. Apesar disso a hospedagem é sempre prazerosa em um prédio histórico tombado que nos remete à riqueza da cidade no auge do ciclo cafeeiro no século passado. O café da manhã é inigualável!

We didn't have a good impression of the hostel... unfortunately. In my room there was a vacuum under the bathroom and the light of the room burned. The swimming pool is not air conditioned. Room cleaning is not available, hygienic paper is very small, and we asked at the reception and delivered us 1 to 3 days . Morning coffee leaves you to wish, guests pay expensive for the accommodation and put a sweet, margarine and a bad cheese. I'm sorry because I have been in the saw for over 20 years and I've been in almost all the hostels there. And they indicated me that is not recommended.

The rest of the world is a good one for my 13-year-old son. Maîtrise Vavá and his team are very careful and proactive... staff at the bar... tds MT good... special: Sara, Gustavo, Samuel, Isabel. Gabriel discovery of Vavá... a kindness and joy nothing... we will miss.
