BBubu。。Tired of the city's hustle and bustle, I finally found my 'paradise' here. Tucked away in Luoyang Banshan is an absolutely divine hotel. Opening the window reveals a lush green vista, making time seem to slow down. What I loved most was the 'private courtyard with a private hot spring' design. 24-hour natural hot spring water flows directly into your room, so no more crowded public pools. In the evening, soaking in the steamy hot spring while watching the twilight descend over the mountains melted away a whole week's fatigue. The hotel even provides rose petals and mugwort bath bags, which really elevates the experience! It's only a ten-minute drive from the Longmen Grottoes, so after exploring the ancient sites, coming back for a hot spring soak is just the perfect end to the day. Whether it's for a romantic getaway or a girls' trip, this place offers plenty of privacy and a relaxing vibe. The hotel also offers shuttle service, and the butler service is excellent, promptly addressing any issues. Super thoughtful! The room was clean and tidy, and the hot spring water temperature was just right, incredibly refreshing. A truly satisfying travel experience, highly recommended!

JJingmaoerTraveling to Luoyang with elderly parents and children, our experience at the Fengxiang Hot Spring family suite exceeded our expectations! The room decor was playful and child-friendly, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel even thoughtfully provided complimentary fruit, showing great attention to detail for families. The staff were consistently warm and polite throughout our stay. Check-in was efficient, and they were always quick to respond to any requests. When my elderly parent caught a cold due to the rain and couldn't eat, the staff even brewed honey pear water and later specially prepared rice porridge – their service was gentle and incredibly caring. The private hot spring pool in the room was a huge convenience. After exploring the Longmen Grottoes during the day, we could return to the room to soak in the hot spring and ease our travel fatigue. The outdoor hot spring area also had a children's water park, which the little ones thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel's location is very close to Longmen, making it convenient for those traveling by car. This hotel is perfect for a family vacation, suitable for all ages. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Luoyang. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You can walk to Drum Tower Night Market, and it's super convenient for getting to all the major attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, and the smart home features were great to use. The bedding was comfortable, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. There are free drinks and snacks in the common area, and you can even get your makeup done and take photos on the seventh floor. This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Kaifeng.

GGuest UserI took my child to this hot spring resort during the holiday, and this hotel is definitely one of the best I've ever stayed at. It made me feel right at home. From the pre-arrival call to check-out, every step was handled perfectly. I booked a private hot spring room, which was huge, about 80 square meters. The hot spring tub could easily fit eight or nine people. At check-in, the front desk gave my child some snacks and bath balls. The hot spring water was amazing, around 40 degrees Celsius – perfect for a soak. My child didn't want to leave! Luckily, it's nearby. I'll definitely bring my child back during the Chinese New Year. I highly recommend it; you won't regret it!

YYueguangmeiyingThis hotel is excellent, truly deserving its place on this year's Black Pearl Guide. It's perfectly located right outside the main entrance of the Longmen Grottoes, just a few minutes' walk to the scenic area, and very convenient for reaching the high-speed train station or the city center. The surrounding area features Longmen Ancient Street, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. The hotel itself has a fantastic design, making it very photogenic. What's even better is the attractive price – the value for money is outstanding; I doubt you'll find a better deal on the entire Black Pearl list.

KkatrinababyI never expected a hotel of this size to exist in such a small county town. It was a wonderful experience. Service: Excellent. A waiter even greeted us at the door upon check-in and check-out. Service with a smile was a wonderful experience. Everyone was very welcoming, and the cleaning lady even greeted us whenever she saw them. Snacks and fruit were delivered to the room daily, and the complimentary mineral water was replenished promptly. Environment: The room was equipped with various chargers and a TV with on-demand movies. The double bed was very large, but the air conditioning seemed to be useless. The only drawback was that the non-smoking rooms were not strictly non-smoking and were not located on non-smoking floors, resulting in a lingering smell of cigarette smoke on the carpet in the hallways. Surroundings: The hotel is surrounded by a bustling area, with various business and residential areas to either side. Takeout and food and coffee are available nearby, and there's even a wild night market along the roadside in the evening. Welcome fruit and coffee: Self-service tea and coffee.

XXiaoyuer0716In order to go to Luoyang Museum, Trip.com Book a house opposite the museum. The hotel is in the park and parking is extremely convenient. The surrounding area is full of Luoyang specialty restaurants 🍴 There is no elevator in the house 🛗 But the staff are very enthusiastic ❤️🔥 Special praise to the front desk girl 🌺 for helping with luggage to the room. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are perfect, the large floor-to-ceiling bay window, sitting on it and enjoying a pot of tea 🍵 is really pleasant, breakfast is in cooperation with the next door, the hot soup of the Zhou people, you can order there, when you leave the store, the little girl at the front desk also presented Luoyang refrigerator stickers 🥰 Although the museum did not go because of the episode Cheng, but I felt the temperature and cultural atmosphere of Luoyang in Yishe 🌹

GGuest UserFirst off, the service was excellent, truly commendable. I'd give the service full marks. Secondly, since it's newly opened, the decor and everything looks fantastic. Now, for a couple of things I personally wasn't too happy with. One is that the king-size bed felt a bit small; for this price point, I'd expect a 2m x 1.8m bed, not 1.8m x 1.5m, but that's just my personal opinion. The other issue is that the soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear the people next door talking, so privacy isn't ideal. I wonder why they don't space out rooms in this type of courtyard layout. Again, just my two cents. Overall, I still found the service to be superb, kudos to the staff!
