This hotel truly offers excellent amenities. We only spent a few hundred RMB, but it felt like a full-blown vacation – such great value for money! The Southeast Asian-style lobby is beautiful and perfect for photos. Our room was very spacious, and we could even enjoy tea on the balcony. My favorite part was the hot spring area; there were so many varieties, and the wave pool was a blast. My child had an incredibly fun afternoon there. On top of that, the breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and there were so many parent-child activities we couldn't possibly try them all. They even had a foreign staff member operating a trendy mini-train and unique activities like making intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans – clearly, a lot of thought and effort went into making the stay special. The front desk staff had a wonderful service attitude, and we even got a discount on breakfast. The overall experience was simply phenomenal!

This stay at Maili Mountain Homestay completely exceeded expectations! The B&B is located near the Enshi Grand Canyon Scenic Area, only a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner kindly provides free pick-up and drop-off service, which is especially convenient for free-travel tourists. The room is simple in design and full of mountain style. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the cliffs of the canyon. When you lie in bed and open the curtains in the morning, you can see the wonder of clouds and mist, as if you are in fairyland. The room is fully equipped with a smart toilet, central air-conditioning system, and projector. The mattress is soft and comfortable, and we are instantly healed after a tiring day. The boss was warm and thoughtful. He not only helped plan the tour route, but also took the initiative to pick us up and drop us off at the scenic spot. The food at the B&B is even better! The breakfast was very filling and had a lot of variety. Considering that northerners love to eat pasta, they gave each of us an extra bowl, which was super warm and thoughtful! ! ! For dinner, I tried the boss's recommended dishes: stewed chicken with morels and fried bamboo shoots with bacon. The ingredients were fresh, the taste was authentic, and the price was affordable. The homestay has a viewing terrace and a tea room. In the evening, you can brew a pot of Enshi Yulu, sit on the terrace, look up and see the starry sky, completely away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Knowing that we wanted to explore the canyon before leaving, the boss gave us a few bottles of water when we checked out. How thoughtful! Whether it is the geographical location, accommodation quality or humanistic services, they are all super good! I highly recommend this to friends who plan to visit Enshi Grand Canyon. I will definitely come again next time!

My recent experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations!From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, who are willing to help with luggage and patiently introduce the facilities.The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are of high quality, and the welcome handwritten card is prepared in detail, which is very heartwarming!The location is excellent, surrounded by delicious food and business districts, making it very convenient for travel.The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is superb!The overall service is considerate and meticulous, with an exceptional cost-performance ratio. Checked into Jing Shan Tian Mu Hot Spring Hotel, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel boasts a wide variety of hot spring pools, and the public areas are elegantly designed. The private hot spring rooms are also perfect for a small gathering. Besides soaking in the springs, there are plenty of leisure activities nearby, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service team was incredibly responsive, always ready to assist with any requests, and the front desk staff even kindly recommended local eateries. The hotel's environment is serene, surrounded by lush greenery. We had such a pleasant and relaxing day here, and I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

Absolutely a treasure hotel for this trip! The location is super convenient, the surrounding restaurants and convenience stores are all available, and the travel for food is worry-free. The lobby design is simple and stylish, and the green plants are just right, so people relax as soon as they enter the door. The room was clean and impeccable, the bedding was soft and pure cotton, the mattress was moderately soft and hard, with an optional buckwheat pillow, and a good night's sleep until dawn. The bathroom is completely separated from wet and dry, the hot water is sufficient and stable, the toiletries are fresh and the hair dryer is very powerful, and the hair blowing is super efficient.

I made a special trip to Xianning to soak in the hot springs, the experience is very good! As soon as we arrived at the door, Aunt Tan Chunming enthusiastically took us to check in and put our luggage. It was also very pleasant to chat with us during the process of showing us the guest room. Sister Zou Yanxia upgraded the room type for us according to the situation of the remaining rooms, and told us how to eat and play around. The package includes unlimited hot springs, self-help fruit, fish spa, sea salt bath, Chinese medicine space capsule, and buffet breakfast during the stay, which basically meet the one-and-a-half-day play experience and food and accommodation needs. The hot spring has about 50 pools of various types. Even if it is 5.1, there are less than half of the pools that are empty. The experience is great. The quality of the self-service fruit and breakfast is very good. The oranges and cantaloupe are very sweet; the iced milk, various cakes, porridge, noodles and fruits in the self-service breakfast are all very good (after all, the original price is 68 per person). The room facilities are very new, and the quality of the shampoo and shower gel delivered is also very good. Most importantly, when you open the window, you feel like you are in the forest, with beautiful scenery and fresh air. A day of carefree soaking in soup and eating fruits made me realize the happiness of being in a paradise.

Huge thanks to the hotel for the complimentary room upgrade, especially with rooms being so tight during the holiday season! Our family had a wonderful time. The room facilities were convenient, and the in-room hot spring was clean and comfortable. The food at 'Huajianchi' was also quite good, especially the breakfast – a great variety and plenty of space, so it never felt crowded. There are also kids' parks and a ski resort nearby, perfect for children (most guests seem to be here for skiing, and a hot spring dip after skiing is fantastic!). It looks like many businesses are preparing to move in, and I expect the area to be very lively by the second half of 2026. I'll definitely be bringing my family and friends back here again.

I traveled with friends, and overall it was alright. The hot springs are outside the hotel, requiring a walk. There are many hot spring pools with various temperatures and effects. The rooms are fairly standard, and the price is acceptable. The only drawback was the lack of a phone in the room, and the staff kept knocking on the door when we checked out, which was quite annoying.

Very good experience. I just passed by Yingshan and saw a hot spring sign on the highway. I was tired from driving and just wanted to find a hot spring hotel to stay for one night. I didn't expect that after checking in, the front desk lady upgraded the room type. Seeing that I brought children, she gave me a small gift and introduced the local specialties very carefully. There was no one in the hot spring children's playground area. When I told the child that the playground was not open because there was no one, the service staff immediately turned on the power and opened the children's playground for the three of us. The child was very happy. At 5 pm, I wanted to take some photos of the outdoor hot spring at night for the child, so I asked the service staff when to turn on the lights. I was told that it was 6:30, but then the lights in the outdoor hot spring area were all lit up immediately. I was very moved. The big brother at the counter who rented the swimming ring was very enthusiastic and inflated our own swimming ring for free. The breakfast was also very rich. It was a very unexpected and touching night. If it weren't for the time, I would definitely stay for another day.

A truly unexpected trip! First, I want to praise the B&B's ambiance and unique character. The scenery is truly unique! Unlike other hotels that are somewhat commercialized or located close to the city, this one is nestled in a valley nestled in the mountains, yet offers breathtaking views that surpass most. Surrounded by mountains on three sides, you can hear the chirping of birds and insects, and the vast expanse of greenery is breathtakingly refreshing. It was especially breathtaking that evening, and when I woke up, the mountaintops were shrouded in mist, giving me the distinct feeling of ”after the rain, the autumn weather arrives late in the mountains.” Second, I want to praise the food. I didn't have high expectations, thinking it was in the wilderness, but the food was on par with staycations in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai (perhaps because I'm from Hubei, so I'm more accustomed to the local flavors). The spicy and sour lotus stems we ordered were very appetizing, and the white tofu was a pleasant surprise. I thought it would be bland, but it was bursting with bean fragrance. Unfortunately, because the hotel is located in the mountains, the ingredients need to be transported in daily, so we had to order a day in advance. By the time we were satisfied and wanted more, it was too late. If possible, it would be helpful to improve the food service. Breakfast was a semi-buffet, and we ordered dumplings and hot and sour beef noodles. The main dishes were quite delicious, but the dumplings were a bit small. That's okay, though; in addition to the main dishes, they also came with steamed buns, dumplings, corn, and self-service toast and fruit, so you could still fill up without any problems. Perhaps due to the hotel's mountainside location, the amenities are somewhat lacking. The pool isn't heated, and there aren't any nearby restrooms, making it a bit inconvenient to enjoy the water. The hot tub and spa weren't open either. While the facilities are there, they seem somewhat limited. I'm not raising these shortcomings to express dissatisfaction, but rather to sincerely hope that this place can be better. I understand that achieving this level of quality amidst the mountains is truly difficult. Nothing is perfect. When I sip coffee amidst the greenery on a leisurely afternoon, when I listen to my favorite music and gaze at the distant mountains on a drizzling evening, when I wake lazily to the gentle chirping of birds and the morning mist, what more could I ask for in such a beautiful setting? I can't ask for a mountain retreat with a spa comparable to that of Thailand, nor can I ask for a Zen poetry retreat with a feast to match the splendor of the city. This view, this place, is more than enough. I believe that one morning in the future, I will still recall the morning mist here, accompanied by long-lasting, peaceful memories. Furthermore, our housekeeper, Zhang Qian, was very helpful and able to answer some seemingly challenging questions. It was clear that she knew the place well and was dedicated to her work, which is rare in a place like Hubei, where tempers can be quite challenging. The breakfast waitress was also very dedicated, responsible for cleaning and serving the food, and she deserves praise as well. The hotel's various services are well-attended, and the entire staff works hard.
