Management have to add ATM machine at hotel because your expensive deposit, nowadays not all people have cash or CC, or you have to easier your consumer ex. Qris/transfered mode payment is ok and easy refundable.

Love it. Restaurant staff and check in staff are awesome. The hallway smells good. Room is great. We love it. The view is just amazing. Dinner at night at the restaurant is worth it

Stayed four nights in a standard room. It was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of variety, and they changed things up each day. Many international TV channels. The room was standard 24 square meters – no wardrobe, but they had some hangers. It wasn't downtown, but easy to get to by car.

- The water in your hotel room is not portable. Please switch to single-use bottles so that guests staying at your hotels can take the water you provide with them. - I would like to see more variety in the breakfast menu at your hotels. Especially Korean food. - Your room service food menu has too few options. There are not enough options to choose from for in-room dining.

This hotel is amazing! It offers a beautiful view, and all facilities were available and worked perfectly. The staff were friendly, and the security guards were very responsive. The hotel itself was clean and had a pleasant aroma. Everything was great, the only tiny thing was no ice cream at breakfast 🫶. Definitely great value for money, especially when booked via Trip.co.

Everything is perfect. There is 1 minimart opposite of the hotel. Reception also okay to received food order from outside. Definitely will stay in this hotel chains again

I always love the vibe of the hotel rooms. Every corner is aesthetically pleasing. The cleanliness is great, and the service is good too. All the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended!

I really love everything about this hotel. I stayed in the studio room and the view was amazing and you can even see the mountains from there. The only downside was that the swimming pool was under maintenance during my visit. Breakfast was great with so many choices. The location is also perfect, not far from the city center, and you can walk to a nice park nearby. Plus, it’s right on Riau Street, so there are lots of cafés and restaurants around. The reception staff were super friendly and kind too.

rather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either. room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person -- swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut. the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

The public areas and rooms of the hotel are clean and hygienic. The rooms are large, but there are too many old TVs inside. The refrigerator and water dispenser are very noisy and need to be unplugged before sleeping. There is a high-speed rail track outside the balcony, and the sound of the high-speed rail passing by is quite loud. Also, the hotel is in a remote location and you have to take a taxi to get in and out. There is no breakfast at the restaurant, and there is no self-paid breakfast. There is no convenience store, only a vending machine. You can't use WeChat, Alipay, or cash. You can only use the local bank card bundled software to scan the code to pay, which is super inconvenient.
