GGuest UserThis is a great hotel with good ambiance and customer service. They don't give you their very good rooms if you book through third party sites. My balcony on second floor was a dead end space with no views. I think the websites need to specify this rather than letting your customers down. Morning buffet was quite good. Overall I give it 4 stars coz of the poor balcony view that I was looking forward to spend my evening.

MMiklos ANGYAN -BTWIN VILLAGE LILLE-Room provided initially was a smoking room. It was replaced for the second night.
No outside view for any of the 2 rooms provided.

GGuest UserLet me start by saying all the staff where very pleasant and helpfull I was expecting little attention to detail
When we arrived there was no help out of the car with luggage help came later with the luggage to the room
The room was very nice but the wi.fi was not working
There was no safety deposit box in the room
The sheets had to be changed
Our friends room was no bed side cabinet and chair
All these items got sorted but for a 4 star resort there shouldn’t be these problems in the first place
One item which didn’t get sorted there was no mini bar in the room but it was on there discription
