Great hotel. Great rooms, caring staff. No faults. Very clean. Great breakfast, parking. Will stay again.

The hotel's hot spring swimming pool is great. It's very convenient to reserve the parking lot in advance. The hotel is right by the lake, the castle is very close to the hotel, and the central location is very good. The room is slightly small, but everything else is very good

The external environment and geographical location of the hotel are excellent, in a prime location in the scenic area. The service is also very European and great. The restaurant breakfast is also good. However, the price-performance ratio of the lowest-priced room type is really not good. The rooms are small, the facilities are old, and they don't even provide free purified water. If you are a person who has requirements for the room conditions, don't choose a low-priced room type. I feel that it is really not worth the price. Of course, the selling point and the price may be reflected in his environment, service and geographic value.

My family and I had a great time at the hotel , it's very central and close to the station. The service was great, the staff very friendly and helpful , especially the staff in the dining hall when we went for breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic and very tasty and substantial and a good variety to pick and choose from. The coffees were great too. Would have loved to have stayed longer to make use of their facilities but we were there for only one day and night. Will definitely come back.

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful days at this establishment. The room service was impeccable, efficient, and discreet. The pool and its surroundings invite you to relax and unwind with an exceptional view. The bar offers a variety of excellent snacks. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The hotel's location is ideal, and the private parking, equipped with an electric charging station, is very convenient and appreciated.

Very beautiful place in the mountains, what air there 🤍 Hotel is crazy beautiful. Yes, the rooms are not very new and the design is possible, but it gives it a charming. The restaurant where breakfast is going on is something unrealistic. The breakfast is delicious. The terms that are included in the accommodation are also great. Happy hour by recording, also included in the accommodation - serve snacks, small Swedish table, sparkling, beer, alcohol and non-alcoholic cocktail. Thank you to the hotel, for our holiday.
