Posto incantevole, vista pazzesca e pace dei sensi. Il personale è gentilissimo, abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante Rocca d’Orcia Grill, eccellente. Torneremo molto volentieri. Grazie per tutto!

The hotel environment is very good, the hot spring is very comfortable, pay attention to sun protection, the service staff is particularly warm and thoughtful, and the restaurant is also very good. Feeling of a paradise. If you are tired of the city, come and relax for a few days.

We stayed here for a night with breakfast included. Very spacious, really beautiful and quiet room despite the little road. Mastodontic structure and with a great potential perhaps not expressed at the maximum. Thermal pools are very valuable, bad for the open-air bath with a slightly thin and therefore unusable water. We enjoyed relaxing massage, very valuable! We had dinner at the restaurant, good and exhaustive. Breakfast is very pleasant. All the feet and young boys. One bad check-in at 15, so if you arrive in the morning there will be a supplement to enjoy the SPA. Maybe it would have been right to be transparent and to state it on the site, a great discovery in general.

Amazing hotel with rooms in different buildings throughout the whole village. Very high standards, the staff is very kind, helpful and very professional. It was an amazing experience... this hotel deserves 6/5 ;)))!

The environment is great, and the food is good. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's environment is truly impeccable. Walking into the lobby, you can immediately feel the clean and refreshing air. The greenery is exquisitely arranged, making you feel relaxed and at ease the moment you arrive. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the views outside the window are beautiful. It's exceptionally quiet both day and night, ensuring a perfect night's rest.

A homestay in an ancient town, a very quiet town. The family room, there is a fireplace, the feeling of a very classical European town, the breakfast is also very good. Most of the locals come to vacation, and English communication is a bit difficult.

Many hotels in Tuscany were closed and it was hard to find this one. When I checked in, the waiter introduced that it was left by the Medici family. There was also a picture introduction. It was an unexpected surprise. The room was fully heated and spacious, and the window opened to see the valley view. Check in There is a welcome card and gift box on the day, and breakfast is available.

Super location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :(( Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to. Ho recentemente soggiornato presso questa struttura termale e, sfortunatamente, l’esperienza non ha soddisfatto le aspettative a causa di diverse criticità riscontrate. In primo luogo, la camera assegnata non disponeva di aria condizionata, un disagio significativo per me, che soffro il caldo anche a temperature moderate (circa 22 gradi). Inoltre, l’assenza di un estrattore d’aria nel bagno ha causato un accumulo di vapore e calore insopportabile dopo l’uso della doccia o dell’asciugacapelli, costringendomi ad aprire le finestre ogni volta che utilizzavo il bagno e prima di andare a dormire per rendere l’ambiente più vivibile. Un ulteriore problema si è verificato con l’erogazione dell’acqua nella doccia: per un certo periodo, l’acqua era praticamente inesistente, causando notevole frustrazione al mio partner, che si trovava a utilizzare la doccia in quel momento. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, i pancake non erano inclusi nel menu standard e dovevano essere acquistati a parte, . Il bar della piscina della struttura si è rivelato altrettanto problematico, con prezzi elevati e un servizio rallentato dalla presenza di poco personale, il che ha comportato tempi di attesa prolungati. Altri aspetti negativi includono la scarsa varietà di canali televisivi disponibili in camera, che ha limitato le opzioni di intrattenimento, e la presenza di polvere sul retro del letto, indicativa di una pulizia non accurata. In sintesi, l’esperienza è stata deludente a causa di carenze infrastrutturali, organizzative e di manutenzione. Raccomando alla gestione di migliorare le condizioni delle camere, come l’installazione di sistemi di ventilazione adeguati, aumentare il personale nel bar e ottimizzare i servizi offerti per garantire un soggiorno più confortevole ai futuri ospiti.
