My stay at ESPACIO Nagoya Castle left a lasting impression, primarily due to the incredibly attentive and professional staff! From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. As foreign guests, we truly felt at home, thanks to their fluent English and Chinese, along with their thoughtful guidance. The hotel's interior is elegantly decorated, exuding an artistic ambiance. Whether in the lobby, restaurant, hot spring, or when staff were explaining room facilities, everyone always had a smile and readily attended to guests' needs. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nagoya Castle, offering a peaceful environment, though finding dining options on the street at night can be a bit challenging. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the food quality was remarkably high! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its 100% service and museum-like artistic atmosphere. While it's on the pricier side, it absolutely delivers an unforgettable experience! A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Nagoya!

This was by far the most stunning hotel of our trip! As soon as we entered the lobby, we were captivated by the panoramic views of Inuyama Castle, and the surrounding scenery was perfectly integrated. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-designed, with every room offering a fantastic view. We were provided with three sets of sleepwear and yukata, which added a wonderful touch of ceremony – I especially loved the pure linen yukata! The Uraku-en Garden was exquisite; walking through it on a rainy day felt like stepping back into ancient times, truly moving.

I stayed here once in 2019 and loved it so much that I chose it again this time, but it really disappointed me. I asked for bottled water, and a slightly overweight man at the front desk very curtly told me, 'You two, only one bottle per person per day!' I was so angry and asked them to find someone who could speak English. After a long wait, a woman finally came out, looking a bit arrogant. After I explained the situation, she said there was no such rule. I told her I just wanted to clarify who made the rule about one bottle per person per day. I could do without their water, but I needed an explanation! Service: Genuinely poor, can't compare to before.

Take the house company to Legoland and Long Island Outlet, choose to stay for one night, really beyond expectations! The biggest selling point is that each room has a 46.6 °C pure natural hot spring, you can choose to have a private bath while watching TV in the room, which is completely unnecessary. The room type is large enough to open luggage and waves. The most intimate breakfast meeting is delivered directly to the door of the room at the designated time. The facilities are extremely complete, even the massage chair and straight hair clip are available, cost-effective to fly It's a bit difficult to tie the door

The best choice for a budget solo traveler. It offers free unlimited drinks all day, unlimited curry with rice for breakfast, unlimited fresh ramen noodles at night, and free alcoholic drinks in the evening. There is a lounge on the 11th floor, a public bath with a hot pool and sauna, and free shampoo, body soap, conditioner, hair gel, hair spray, and face and body lotion. It also provides free toothbrushes and razors. The locker fits a 20kg size luggage if not, you can put it at the large luggage compartment and ask for chain with lock at the lobby. There are coin washing machines and dryers available as well. Heads up to those with tattoos: this hotel only has a public bath, and tattoos are not allowed.

Good value with exceptional service We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel. Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration. The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced. Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value. We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future. Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

The hotel is located about 1.5km from Nagoya JR Station, roughly a 15-minute walk. The standard room with a 1.3-meter double bed is quite small, especially the bathroom, which is even smaller than those at Toyoko Inn. The facilities are a bit old, but the free natural hot spring (available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 AM) is a definite highlight. I visited during the Emperor's Birthday long weekend, so prices were higher than usual and rooms were scarce. When I went for a hot spring bath around 9:00 PM, I even had to queue to shower. Many locals also choose this hotel.

I just want to say. This is the best and best hotel I have ever stayed in. Service and overall. Of course, except for the unaccustomed living on tatami mats. The others are really great. Really love this place it’s in a really narrow street but right in the middle and next to the Westport the amenities are generous great and I’ve never been in a sauna where you can actually see the ocean. They also have a big cold bath and in addition to do Hansen another hot bath next to the sauna they also play really nice music and From analog amplified hi-fi equipment that is top-notch. It’s a real pleasure, even though I’m not geek in that area. The whole island is of course very small does not much to do and you have to go there if you really want to relax and just enjoy some seafood. There are not many restaurants in the area and I would recommend to just reserve food at the hotel I had to breakfast, which was outstanding. It was Shabu Shabu tako squid, and lots of other Japanese sites.

If you look for a nice quiet place for a relaxing stay, this is a superb ryokan in the area that I would recommend. The ryokan building is beautifully decorated, despite its age. I particularly appreciate the sincere service from the manager and hosts. You can rely on them to take care of your stay. They could also provide pick-up and drop-off service at Utsumi Station. Dinner and breakfast were well-prepared with natural ingredients. Not only are they delicious but also presented nicely. The lobby also provides complimentary drinks and snacks - you can enjoy a little footbath there with a glass of whiskey and some nuts. Of course you cannot miss the marvellous scenery of the beach. The only downside is the public onsen bath was a little small. But in general we loved the stay.
