Beautiful hotel, view was awesome the moment we stepped out of the train at the station. Pleasant surprise that we got free upgrades to rooms with park view that was so stunning. We took many beautiful pictures of the view. The breakfast was very impressive as well. The staff was very polite and provided good service with smiles. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

The location is a bit off the beaten path, making it ideal for self-driving tourists. Due to its proximity to nature, you might occasionally encounter a few insects in the rooms, but the hotel is generally clean and well-maintained. It boasts a wide array of recreational facilities, along with services such as restaurants, hot springs, and massages. The pricing is reasonable, offering good value for money, so you can easily spend a full and enjoyable vacation without leaving the hotel. I highly recommend it for families looking for a relaxing getaway!

The room was a bit small, similar to a Toyoko Inn. The rooftop hot spring was quite good, but the best part was the wide variety of ice cream. The noodles at night were also delicious and you could eat as many bowls as you wanted. Five-star rating!

The hotel is moderately located, behind the middle of the hot spring street is a large hot spring mouth, the hotel staff service attitude is serious, the hotel is not very big, but there is a hot spring outside, dinner is very characteristic, but overall the price is a little more expensive, outside the whole hot spring street business is more deserted

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this onsen hotel and it was an unforgettable experience! The serene and relaxing atmosphere of the private onsen was exactly what I needed to unwind. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic—convenient for getting around, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the incredible design. Every corner of the hotel has a strong sense of style, with thoughtful details that create a unique atmosphere. And as a special highlight, the view of the pitch was absolutely amazing—it gave the whole experience a thrilling stadium feel. Highly recommended for both design lovers and sports fans

The hotel is clean and newly renovated. It’s so good - there’s washer and dryer in the room (bring own detergent). Bathroom has bathtub. Public baths separated for men and women. There’s table tennis with bats and balls, at the lounge, for guests. Carpark is just at doorstep. Beautiful view - beach is about 10mins in front and 7-11 in front of hotel. Would stay again. Delicious bento Breakfast is and has alot.

Extremely convenient, just across the road from the station. Check-in isn't until after 3 PM, but you can drop off your luggage beforehand. The room, though a bit dated, was very clean and spacious. They also provide free water. We skipped breakfast since we were checking out early the next day. But the hot springs are fantastic! The open-air bath even offers a view of the Ferris wheel at Huis Ten Bosch. Highly recommend it!

NIce and great hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffet come with lots of selection. walking distance to Unzen Jigoku

A pretty good hotel overall, but the hot spring management was a bit chaotic. There were a few ********* kids splashing around in the hot spring, which really ruined the experience. Other than that, the hotel was excellent, especially the value for money of the buffet, particularly dinner.
