Hot Springs Hotels in Okayama Prefecture, Japan

The main draw for me was the rooftop onsen; it’s not fancy but it is classic, which is good enough for me. A simple sauna, outdoor onsen, indoor one, cold plunge bath and a shower area. The room itself was compact but efficient and check in/out process was fairly simple. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the Okayama Shinkansen station so it was quite convenient to travel to other sites like Kurashiki Bikan

The hotel is a bit away from town, but one may enjoy the ambience environment. Onsen facilities are good, nice breakfast with great choices. Dinner are set menu. quality up to standard and services are very good. The reception is very polite and exceptionally helpful, but need to use translator to communicate with us, we will enjoy more if direct communication in English makes available.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel is perfect. The mattress and duvet of the hotel are very comfortable and clean full marks We are driving over to the hotel staff at the door to meet  have five-star enjoyment ,  hot spring is also very hot and clean, 2 meals service is full score, and dinner food has room for improvement,  breakfast options, not much room for improvement, maybe because of winter, many shops near the hotel have been closed early, we came to this hotel is around 3:30, then very convenient to visit Law Hill City. Our stay was also the wedding anniversary the hotel was very attentive to give us a small gift thank you 👍

I had a pleasant 1-night stay at Hotel Abest Grande Okayama. The location was convenient, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was well-maintained and provided everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a good choice, and I would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is far from the mountainous area, but our car system problem, the hotel environment is good, comfortable, good service, we stayed in the quadruple room, the room is big, clean, the toilet and bathroom are separated, there is a living room, there are two beds with tatami, hot springs are wrong, there is open air and indoors, Kaiseki cuisine and buried buffet breakfast are a few good taste, variety, the hotel also sells hand letters, this stay is quite satisfactory

It was a Japanese style inn that valued the old-fashioned taste, and it was just blissful at the time of the evening. The first thing that fascinated me was the fried kite of sashimi.The chewy flavor spread from the crisp and light clothing, and I was happy from the first bite. On the table, the kasanabe is quietly lit, and the scent of the soup stock rises little by little, and even the waiting time changes to fun. If I glanced at the fluffy cheeks, the coolness of summer spreads to my mouth and seems to unlock my heart. The grilled Iberian pork is fragrant, full of sweetness and sweetness as you chew, and the cold chawanmushi is gentle enough to melt into your tongue. The colorful sashimi is as beautiful as a small painting on a vessel, and I felt the grace of the sea every time I tasted it. And the chestnut-cooked rice. The soft and rising scent had a warm feeling that preceded the signs of autumn, and it gently filled the afterglow of the meal. The rooftop open-air bath that soaks in the starry sky was also exceptional, and it was a luxurious night to relax both in cooking and hot springs.

Dinner and breakfast were delicious. It's a little far from the Yugo Onsen day-trip facility, but since I was planning to relax at the hotel, I made the right choice. I was able to relax in the hot springs. The open-air bath was also great.

Very good hot spring hotel, just by the stream, wake up in the morning listening to the sound of the stream, dinner is also Japanese, the variety is very rich, the sweet sauce for breakfast is delicious, the hot spring is not big.

The scenery is so beautiful, very comfortable and first-class service! The proprietress and the driver staff are kind and friendly! If you buy a jrpass, you can make an appointment to pick up and drop off. It’s free at Kurayoshi Station and highway tolls at Tsuyama Station, but it’s worth it. Time is money. I gave a small gift before I finally left, looking forward to going again next time!

The service attitude is very good, with staff who can speak basic English and fluent Mandarin. The free ramen and ice cream were delicious. The hot spring facilities are beautiful and very satisfactory. Moreover, it is very convenient to go to Kurashiki Amano. After checking into the hotel, you can meet all your needs by walking. The room has a view of the Kurashiki Bikan area, which is beautiful.
