The ladies who clean the room deserve the highest rating as it is tough to keep everything perfect while the guests are using the thermal pools with iron (volcanic spring) water. Nice breakfast and terrace.

Excelente experiencia en Ponta Delgada. Pedro, Susana y las chicas que preparan el desayuno te tratan de manera excepcional. El hotel es muy limpio, las camas super comodas y todos las instalaciones modernas. Recomendamos fuertemente este lugar. Volveremos sin dudas!
