It's also a great location for biking or taking advantage of our subway system (10ish minute walk to the Broad Street line). There is free street parking on our street and available on several of the numbered streets surrounding the home. Street parking is not a guarantee as there are no reserved spaces. As former residents of the neighborhood, I recommend arriving during the day as street parking is much more available, the later you arrive the harder it will be to find. There is a 24 hour garage (15th and Washington, Lincoln Square) and I highly recommend taking advantage of this at night if you do not want to search for a spot. Don't feel like walking home from the garage? Take an Uber. The social scene is all around you, on 9th Street and Christian street where the Italian Market and dozens of food spots are all located. Also on 9th Street there are many places to eat and on Christian Street right around the corner there are plenty of places to have a drink or pick up or dine-in, with with some great food. But even better right on the corner of the property there is an amazing Italian restaurant with a fantastic outdoor seating vibe. You must try it. You are also minutes from Center City and Passyunk ave so finding something to do is only a short walk or a few mins away.

Our 1 bedroom apartment has many amenities even if you don't see them in the photos. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishware, microwave, toaster, and of course a coffee maker, everything you need to make home-cooked meals or if you choose to eat in. This is a great cost saver when needed.

There is a quiet and intimate bedroom with clean and fresh linens, plush quilts, a ceiling fan for fresh air, and a private doorway and closet space.
