My children was not able to fully explore the lake experience (boat riding, etc). My wife asking for additional mineral water but was told that it cost her extra money because we only stay for 1 night.

Just OK, no more If you just want a place to sleep and rest, this place is more than ... but if you want more than that, if you want to spend a special time with someone, rest from the hustle and bustle of work to leisure, want to enjoy the hotel facilities ... then for me this is NOT the place 1. Our room was worn (Room 511). The bed sheet is stained, the glass door to the shower cannot be fully opened because it is stuck on the tiles, the shower layout does not provide a place to store soap (even though they give a soap dispenser and shampoo all in one), There is no proper place to store toletries around the bathroom sink, and there is no place for women to dress 2. The food in this hotel is so so considering that we see this 4 * hotel, plain fried rice without special taste, sausage is a bit hard and cold, the coffee as we guess is not too OK. Only the different Sereh sword makes the atmosphere different (which is too sweet) and then when we stayed there was a Cotton Candy artisan who was invited to make Cotton Candy directly ... children like this very much, but they can't see how to make it because the table provided is too high, however they have to jinjit2 3. The room condition is not very tight, because we can hear the chairs squeezed in the next room. For a 4 * Hotel, and in the room we booked, I won't give a rating more than average

Stay for 5 nights for work, although I did came with my wife and my son. To be honest, I had a doubt at the beginning when I came to this hotel, particularly due to very limited parking spot and it entrance that became one with the entrance to Botany Square Mall. But then, my doubt was baseless as the security quickly showed me reserved parking spot for hotel visitors. The hotel itself was nothing special and rather small. The lobby was small and can be cramped when there are many people doing check-in or check-out at the same time, but the check-in and check-out process were smooth and without any problem. Now, about the room, it was large enough, clean, and neat, without any noticeable weird smell or stains. Although I have to admit the lighting in the room is dim and not really comfortable for working inside the room. For my room, the bathroom is rather small and there was no bathtub, but that was not a problem at all. Next, the food for breakfast. Although it is considered as budget hotel, the food selection is rather generous and delicious. I particularly drawn to the 'analog rice' which made from corn, instead of grain of rice. As a note, my son love the chicken porridge served during the breakfast. Now, one thing that makes this hotel rather special in my opinion is the location. It is located inside the area of Botany Square Mall, so it is very convenient when one need to buy lunch/dinner or do shopping. Aside from that, this hotel also directly connected to the bus terminal, which provide public transportation in and out from Bogor. The airport bus was also stationed at that terminal, so it is convenient for people than need a quick transport to their flight home. Additionally, the hotel (and mall) was located at the entrance/exit of the toll road to Jakarta, so those who travels with car could very easily reach this place and quickly make their exit towards Jakarta. HOWEVER, the traffic could get really really bad during rush hour and weekend, so keep in mind of the traffic when travel to or from this hotel. In conclusion, this is a hotel worth to stay for business purpose or to other purpose than leisure, as this hotel lack many leisure facilities like swimming pool, fitness center, or spa (is there any? I can't remember). That being said, the strategic location and its direct connection to a large mall is really an advantage for some people.

Most ideal location. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants of many types of cuisines, even warungs and a small Indomaret, and all that within walking distance. Room was great however my biggest gripe was seeing a tiny cockroach on the bedhead. Please do get that checked out. Personally for me, the best part of the stay was not only the strategic location, but also the shower. The shower current was strong, and the hot water was very much comforting. Could’ve spent hours in that shower if I didn’t have to rush hahaha. Needed that staycation away to clear my head and this was a good place to go, especially if you don’t have your own transport to go get food. Sorry for the lack of pictures. I was hardly on my phone and only had videos of my room. Though my room looks exactly like the photographed Deluxe Queen Room on here so I can say that the pictures do match. Overall, great stay and would come back.

We’re staying in Hobbit 33. The room has 1 king size bed and bunk bed, even after all that the room still have a spacious living area. The bed was very very comfortable however the pillow is too firm for me. Inside the room they have safety box, mini fridge, hair dryer, smart TV, separate bath tub and rain shower. The room ceiling is very unique, try to turn off all other the lights in the room except the lights inside ceiling decorations and you’ll see the night sky filled with stars. ;) They also have a balcony, our room was facing to the playground. And around 60meters from waterpark. Breakfast is packed around 7-8am..if u go after 8am it was less packed with sufficient food supply.

The location itself is great, close to cafe and resto, to toll road and easy to find. it's not a big hotel but it accommodates our needs. The meeting room and the hotel room are clean, the staffs are fast respond, Mba Lena and Mba Meriam were very helpful for extra guests we had, for any sudden request or at any trouble. From what I see is most of staffs are women to handle meeting rooms but cannot ignore men staff's capability, they are helpful and fast too ;-)

Been here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. The best 4-star hotel in Bogor, with a very strategic location in the middle of the city and in the middle of the famous culinary center in Bogor The rate is still friendly in the pocket, but when compared to the service provided by this hotel, it is quite satisfying, the staff is quite professional, maintains health protocols and is of course friendly It's just that I'm a bit uncomfortable with the lobby which looks narrow with a table that looks stiff, like a restaurant cashier, but that doesn't reduce its value.... the decoration is very maximal I was impressed because it turned out that Oplet coffee was provided in the room, typical Bogor coffee that was not found elsewhere, unfortunately local wisdom was not optimal in the absence of a menu for laksa or sotomie bogor The service was very excelent, coincidentally my family and I stayed while celebrating my birthday, unexpectedly we got a surprise from the management 101 they came to our table at breakfast with a birthday cake and a lot of singing songs .... wow really impressed Overall a highly recommended hotel for families while on vacation in Bogor..... All the staff here are friendly, the security guard too. Complete amenities when asked for an additional slipper are also fast response, but when ordering food from the room tends to take a long time, I understand maybe the process does take time.
