Breakfast was a nice not addition when traveling with family. Beds are so soft and comfortable. I slept like a baby. Very clean and nice facilities right across from LGA.

Everyday the lobby bar was full of people, mostly young people. According to the local residents, the clothing week was full of talented men and women. It was the four days before the municipal government dug for 3 days. The road stopped for three days of water. Sometimes it was too tight to go out and go out before 8:30.

Personally, I even felt a sense of luxury like the Ritz-Carlton in Osaka.
The location is within walking distance from Grand Central St, and you can get to Times Square by subway or taxi. The area around the hotel is very calm, similar to Nihonbashi and Kyobashi in Japan, and there are no shops like DELI or $1 Pizza. I think it's a location for adults.
Room facilities such as coffee maker and hair dryer are perfect, but refrigerator and mineral water are not installed.
Regarding the location, I think that the convenience and inconvenience will change depending on the purpose of stay, so I can not say anything, but the total evaluation is very high and it is a good hotel!

We required milk for the baby and the receptionist said we don’t do this service. The lifts were very tight and of course busy so with a stroller it was always a hit & miss when you can get into the lift. The cleaniness and staff were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors and will stay here again.

I don't mean to discriminate against black people here. But the first night I arrived was around 7pm on the weekend. After getting off the bus, I felt that there were many people around the hotel and it was quite chaotic. The hotel reception was on the 5th floor. After checking the Internet in the room, I felt that I lived in the wrong place. I traveled by UBER in the next few days and didn't dare to take the subway. The hotel should be a high-end one nearby, and the Apollo Theater is next to it. I stayed for 5 or 6 days, but I didn't go around the hotel, so it's inconvenient to make too many comments. It's just that there are many black people outside the hotel, and beggars occasionally approached me. I didn't encounter any unpleasant things around the hotel.

I was traveling with my son and thought to sleep close to JFk for next early morning flight. Big two factors were 1st free parking, 2nd free breakfast.
Well, breakfast is NOT early enough, starts 7:30 am, second there is NOT enough parking for all guests.
So we had to street park and check out before the 7:00 am threshold by the city of NY.
Overall worked well, the hotel is clean, staff is professional, and we were offered free upgrade too.
I would consider staying there again and do recommend, with the parking and breakfast limitations in mind.

I came back to my room in the evening, they cleaned it, but they didn’t take out the trash from the terrace and it started the rain. And I didn’t have coffee capsules (pods) at all. I called to reception and girl was like oh do you have a coffee machine in your room I was like yes I do. And a guy came at 11pm and was cleaning the terrace.

Location: The location is very good and very convenient. It is across the street from Central Station, where you can take the subway to almost any place in New York. There also seem to be buses to and from LaGuardia and JFK airports, but haven't tried them. There are many places to eat, and there is no problem filling up the stomach, but there does not seem to be a particularly good restaurant.
Facilities: The hotel itself is very old, so the rooms are older. Although it is a room facing the street, the windows are too small and the light is always dim. The air conditioner in the room was too loud and had to be turned off while sleeping. Fortunately, I don't need air conditioning when I go. If it is summer, it is probably a big problem. Maybe it is an old relationship, the smell of the room is not very good, but fortunately, the windows can be opened a little bit for ventilation.
Service: I have only dealt with the front desk and was very friendly at check-in. Overall, I think it is quite satisfactory, there is nothing to be picky about, and there is nothing outstanding. Breakfast is average, not included in the room rate, needs a la carte, not many choices, average taste.
Compared to the price, I feel quite disappointed. However, this is the heart of New York, understand. Will not stay again.

My room it seems to be bigger but divided by a white door to make more room, I can hear the people next door very clear and the divide door can actually be opened…..
The shower water was finicky and I couldn’t figure out how to use it but the front desk said you need to open both the faucet and the shower faucet to get hot water!
It was a nice room overall, overlooking the airport!
