|6.03km from city centerWe are on a road trip and having stayed at a few hotels. Our hotel before this one was in Page, Az and we were a little annoyed after that one. We needed a good place to stay and chose Hampton Inn and the difference was so dramatic. We felt so welcome, greeted with a smile and really told our options in the hotel and around town. The staff was great and helpful. Beds were really comfy. Shower had good pressure. All in all a great stay. Will be back when in the area again.

|2.32km from city centerRoom was not ready upon check in. Had to wait almost an hour to get into room and very disappointed. Room was old. Blankets were thrown into closet on floor, lights did not work, refrigerator was warm, shower smelled bad There was no toilet paper, soap or coffee and we had to go to front desk to get these. We were only handed bare minimum. Coffee was decaf only and they would only give us 2 pods. If we wanted more we had to come back next day. Not sure why we were charged a ”Privilege” fee of 30 bucks per day, what the heck is that??!! We were unaware of this fee until bill came under door at end of stay. We were informed at check in there is no housekeeping services offered during stays. So what were the privileges offered???! Ice machine broken and vending machines empty. Coffee shop closed. ****** was old from 70's and dirty Restaurant's menu differed from online and some of their day menu items they did not have. Only one server for the entire Restaurant. Slow service. Front desk told us there was room service, however when we asked for a menu they said they do not have one. Creepy, old, non service hotel. Do not stay there. Should have been a better experience for what we paid. Positive...we had a great view.

|0.65km from city centerI want to recognize Marie who greeted us at the front desk during check-in. She is a major reason why I am a very loyal, Titanium Rewards Member with Marriott Bonvoy. Marie was super helpful, a great professional and she even provided a perfect dinner spot, plus 2-for-1 drink coupon. Springhill Suites has a top flight team member in Marie. Thank you Marie for awesome service and keep up the great work. I'll see you again soon. Mike from Flagstaff

|0.26km from city centerThe location was good and nice 2 block walk to Whiskey Row. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Since this is an historic building you'll need to be mindful that the bathrooms are small, some extremely small. The hotel also has many stairs, even stairs to get to the elevator, so this isn't a completely ADA complaint building. If you have trouble walking up/down stairs this will not be the hotel for you. There is 1 entrance that does not have stairs to enter. The building is charming and beautiful and definitely worth the visit. There is a coffee bar, liquor bar, and restaurant attached to the hotel, so you don't need to wander far for food & drink. I would recommend this hotel for its lication, history and charm. The staff was great as well.

|6.35km from city centerThe location and grounds were absolutely beautiful. I loved the balcony and the ambience. The lobby was nice and I enjoyed the 24/7 coffee bar. However the rooms are dated, the pillows have sweat stains. There were brown stains on the carpet and dust on parts of the furniture. There were reddish stains in my sheets. The lamp shade was cracked and discolored. Free breakfast tasted kind of old. I’d go again for the ambience and the area. They are pet friendly so I’ll make sure to bring my dog next time:)

|6.03km from city centerI have not chosen Holiday Inn Express properties on my trips very frequently in the past, however, this will change now. We've just concluded a two night stay at this hotel and we were amazed by the friendly service, clean room and amenities, and proximity to all we wanted to see and do in Prescott. We were particularly impressed with Carla, at the front desk, who helped us with specific requests throughout our stay. We truly felt as welcomed guests here.

|12.04km from city centerI stayed one night at this hotel (12/16/20). Two days later (12/18/20) I received a call from a woman who told me I had left something behind in the room. She then proceeded to describe drug paraphernalia and accuse me of being the one to leave it in the room. She then asked for permission to throw it away to which I responded ”yes please throw it away because it is not mine.” The next day (12/19/20) I had an unauthorized charge for $150. I called the hotel and was put on hold for a long while until I was then hung up on. I called back immediately and they said that I was being charged for doing drugs in the room and that was against their policy. I told them again that it was not mine and I was willing to prove it. I only had a carry on bag coming from the airport and was timestamped. It shows that I would not have time to buy drugs after leaving the airport while also being in a town I've never been to. I was lastly informed that they would look further into it and get back with me by Christmas at the latest. It is now the 28th and I have yet to hear from anyone. They are clearly lying, stealing, and taking advantage of people that live a distance away in hopes to get away with it. I will be contacting the BBB as well as my lawyer if this is not resolved immediately. In that case. not only will you be refunding my money but you will also be responsible for my legal fees as well as whatever measures are taken to prove that this drug paraphernalia is not mine and i do not do drugs. On a separate note, it also goes to show that they are doing an unsatisfactory job at making sure the rooms are being deeply cleaned after each guest. This is always an unacceptable practice, but during Covid it is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. I have all the proof I need to show my innocence and have my money returned and this company will be hearing from me until it is resolved completely.

|7.76km from city centerI stayed here at the beginning of April. I stayed here just a single night for a business meeting. Boy was I surprised at this hotel. The reviews are exactly what you will get. Here is my experience. Check-in: Very smooth. A pleasant gentleman greeted me and asked how I'm doing. We exchanged pleasantries. He took my card and checked me in. I asked for a room away from the elevator, and that was not a problem. Check-in is in a very large grand entrance where breakfast is also held. Plenty of seating and décor to welcome you to this gem. Room: This was a shocker. It was HUGE! I was expecting a standard La Quinta hotel room, but no. This was a suite! There was a large king bed with a 42” TV. A door to a balcony for the fresh clean air. The living room had a chair, couch, coffee table and business desk. There was also another large TV. A standard microwave and fridge with a coffee maker also provided. Bathroom: This was a very large space. If you are traveling as a couple, there is no bumping into each other. Plenty of space to move around. Standard amenities provided. I did not eat breakfast, use the internet or use the pool. Restaurant: This was a great place. Very convenient. Its definitely a locals bar, in a hotel. A couple beers on tap, many more in the coolers, and a significant mixed drink selection. Don't forget to say hi to Jerry and Debbie! Overall, a great hotel. I've stayed in some really BAD La Quintas, this was quite the opposite. In fact, all other La Quintas should follow in this ones footsteps. It was a wonderful stay.

|1.23km from city centerAs our two go to hotels (Green Tree and LaQuinta) rates went up, we decided to book the Quality Inn in Prescott to try to save a few $. It is pet friendly ($15 pet fee) and with pet fee we paid $139 for an overnight stay which saved a few dollars from the near $200 rates at other places. The hotel is easily accessible with free off-street parking. The staff was friendly and efficient on the phone and in person. The grounds and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed 2 queen room with minifridge and microwave. Despite being very crowded, it was fairly quiet throughout the night. Breakfast was a grab and go (burritos or toasted muffin sandwich with pastry) with some additional continental items available. Great central location. As other hotels' rates go up, this might be our cheaper alternative for trips to Prescott.

|1.46km from city centerehhhh.... Bed soft, but hair on pillowcase. Bathroom counter and tile floor sticky. Just adequate shower; towels thick. Soap pretty industrial. Lights OK. Heater/AC good, fridge good, didn't use microwave. Flat TV good. Enough outlets for several electronics. WiFi OK, password-free though. Door didn't feel particularly secure. Convenient to downtown. It's an old property, started out modest, now used and modest. Chipped paint/rusty railings/cement chipping off stairs. As per foto, parking lot getting repaired, pretty bad at the driveway. I don't know if they're rehabbing the adjoining rooms as well, or just the pavement.
