|0.24km from city centerHotel location is very good, but the facilities are old, the sound is not good, the toilet space is small, and the water pipes and other rooms are connected. The temperature of the water and hot water will change next door. It is too difficult to take a bath. However, considering the lower price, the price is still ok.

|9.89km from city centerClean, fresh, nicely appointed hotel. Wonderful check in experience. I think her name was Grace. Excellent customer service. Other interactions with others not as friendly but not rude. Weird fireplace and couches outside of the side of the hotel. Parking is sort of a pain. Maybe there are more hotel entrances that I didn’t see. The rooms Are large with an excellent modern kitchen. First stay in this brand as a Diamond member. We had rooms 419 & 417 nothing to really see out of either side of the hotel (odds or evens). Towels smelled weird like food. Comfy bed, large desk, couch. Shower was nice. They have gel and shampoo on the shower walls as pumps. Provided conditioner in small bottle. I would have liked a shower cap but they did provide make up remover. Breakfast had ZERO proteins available which is a miss. I was hungry all morning due to lake of protein. They have both disposable and traditional plates, cups utensils at breakfast. They have self laundry in the gym. Weird but great to have. Gym is small but is doable. Overall a good experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

|10.03km from city centerHave stayed at this hotel a few times, and prefer it. You will probably be impressed with the size of the rooms. It has a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove. Then the room is a living room and separate bedroom. I also like the breakfast in the morning. It has make your own waffles along with eggs, meats, yogurt, etc. Definitely not a standard continental. The service has always been great during each stay. The largest downside is probably that the lunch and dinner options are limited in the area. There are a handful of fast food places directly next to it, including some sit down quick places, but other than that in the two block radius there's not much. The immediate area is a business park with a lot of company offices. The perks for me outweigh the cons, so if you are in the area, don't hesitate to book this place. I will stay there again and again.

|18km from city centerRight near both the 10 and 101. That makes it convenient to the airport. There's ample parking if you don't mind parking on dirt or around the back. Adjacent to a business park. Room was OK. But make sure it's fully operational before you decide to take it. Maintenance seems to be spotty, unavailable at times. Had a small fridge but no microwave. There is a café in the lobby with limited items; mostly breakfast stuff. Lobby can get rowdy if extended families and sports teams are staying here. But it's near shopping and restaurants and not far from Westgate, the football stadium, and the Gila River hockey center. For me, it was useful for Camelback Ranch. Just up the road a piece.

|4.91km from city centerThis location is in the nicer side of Phoenix. It was very clean and comfortable. After hours, you must use your room key to even enter the lobby, so it felt really safe. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. The beds have a dial that you can choose how soft or firm you would like it, which I thought was super cool. The shower was also really nice! I normally dislike hotel showers because they never have good water pressure or get cold quick. We had our own balcony with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The pool was heated and has a nice waterfall and bonfire at night. There’s vending machines and food and drinks for order in the lobby. It’s also super close to a ton of restaurants and stores. Over all everything was really nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phoenix!

|14.48km from city centerThe gentleman who checked us in was awesome, also the gentleman who took towels to us, as there were none in the pool area. My feedback is this... My children went in the pool, they somehow came out of the pool with cuts on their hands and feet... The pool water had a nasty taste, is what my kids said, I told them close your mouth when going under. I said it's the bleach, to which they responded, but other pools water doesn't taste like this... So either it isn't being cleaned properly or something. I did enjoy My stay, but was disappointed that there wasn't continental breakfast offered for the price we paid. When I asked the gentleman at the front desk, he said he didn't know why it isn't offered, but that it isn't offered in all their locations. I left my dreaming big dreams sign on the inside of my room, thinking someone was going to come and take out the trash, but no one ever came, so I just got a grocery bag and put the trash in there. Otherwise our stay was great, the beds are comfortable, but I'm almost positive our beds were full size and not queen. I would know because I have a queen at home. Are rooms with queen size beds the same price as full sized ones?

|3.8km from city centerI stayed in the hotel and I found my car could not be started. I asked the Front desk gentle*** for help, and he was really nice to help me to call the Roadside service. Meanwhile, he informed the duty ***ager to help me. The duty ***ager took my key and went to the car. and He helped me to start the car. I had the hand brake on , so the car could not auto start, so this time I was learning. and thanks for the hotel kind help

|0.63km from city centerTo start off make sure you go to the right SureStay on Van Buren, I accidentally got a Lift to the wrong SureStay, THERE IS TWO lol. Anyway, the rooms are awesome in my opinion. when you walk in it is all laminate hardwood floors with a nice big king bed ( at least the one I stayed in). the room is set up very nicely and simple, and just what I needed after a long day at the convention center. I loved the old motel feel and being able to get to my room from the outside. The only thing that I have to complain about the rooms is that the first night I was there the floor was very dirty and could not walk around barefoot. Short easy 10 min walk to downtown and a good breakfast to start our day off.

|9.12km from city centerUpdate: Pretty sure I got a sinus infection from my room. (See review and photos) Not the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in, but the worst Hilton experience so far. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is it's proximity. 1. Proximity to the job site I worked out of 2. Proximity to the Airport 3. Proximity away from crime When I arrived, the atrium was nice and the pool area is actually really nice. When I opened the door to the room, the musty smell hit almost immediately. Thankfully because it's PHX, I was able to open the window and run the fan to get some fresh air into the room. Only after 3 afternoons of doing this same practice did it finally start smelling less musty by Wednesday night. I inspected the HVAC intake and noticed that the filters appeared to have an installed date. I think it says 1-26-2022 (or 1-24-2022) either way I'm no HVAC expert, but I believe even the best filters need to be changed more than that... only 1 out of the 4 toiletries had anything in it or the only one actually working. (see photos) Since I work all day, I didn't feel like making it a big thing at the front desk. Should I have? I guess I could have, but for Hilton Honors users, we have a handy app that lets you use your phone as a key among other features. one of them is to communicate with the hotel. I decided to try it out and sent a message on Tuesday. No response. On my last evening, I sent one other message. (see photos) I'm a fairly forgiving guy, but considering this is one of the only supposed ”4-star” hotels in the vicinity, I was hoping for a little more. They don't service the room but once every 5 days (unless you ask for it, but again; Why have a communication feature if you don't monitor it?) if I come back to Phoenix, This will NOT be my first choice. I'm going to say right now, I'll probably look in nearby Tempe or some other suburb and risk the 20-30min. commute than stay here again.

|29.25km from city centerMy daughter and son in law moved back to the US from London. They arrived tired with 9 pieces of luggage!! When we dropped them off at the hotel, Ravin at the front desk was wonderful! She welcomed them home, explained breakfast/coffee for the morning and put them in a room on the first floor, close to a door (shorter distance to lug all those bags!) The room was perfect-clean and spacious. Thanks for such a great employee and for making their first night back so special!

|18.24km from city centerI thought I would give La Quinta a try again. I had stopped staying at LQ after they started charging so much MORE for about the same amenities as before. The pros: * Air conditioning was amazing, which is important in Arizona in summer! * Desk clerk was pleasant and prioritized me as a customer, despite being on the line with tech support. Fulfilled my request to be on the side not facing the freeway. There was no freeway traffic noise on that side. * Mini-fridge was cold & had a freezer compartment for my ice blocks. * Two elevators one on each side of the wing * Lobby area and breakfast area was welcoming, clean, and nicely decorated. * Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Linens were clean and unstained. * Bathroom was sparkling clean, EXCEPT for shower tray. See below. The Cons: * Checkin was interesting. If I hadn't had a reservation, I couldn't have checked in. Their computer network and wifi was down and stayed down for quite awhile. Also affected Smart TV's. * No expanded or premium channels including news channels or even the weather channel on TV. Must use your own accounts to watch most anything ( eg. Netflix). * Executive suite shower did not drain well and left me standing in water while showering. Shower tray was not clean when I arrived... probably because shower won't drain. ewww. * ”Hot” breakfast is just waffles or toast. No meat or eggs. Lots AND LOTS of carbs and no protein. No fresh fruit. * Walls are quite thin, and you can hear your neighbors talking and their cell phone ring or dog barking and everything else. Same goes for hearing everything in the hallway. * Complimentary toiletries had not been restocked. * Swimming pool was closed in August?! * Traveler Beware! This LQ does not allow late checkout, even for Wyndham members. You MUST book a second night! Was told by desk clerk that all possessions left in room at noon will be removed and confiscated. WHAT?! There are other nearby hotels in this class that would be a better option. I would recommend this LQ, if you are a budget traveler and you can get a great price. Or if you are traveling with a pet, this might be a good option. Business Wyndham members paying full price might want to look elsewhere. As for me, IF I am traveling with my pet AND can get an AWESOME deal, I might stay here again. Otherwise, I would not.

When I arrived at the hotel half hour later, the reception asked me to talk with the duty ***ager. and the Gentle*** was so nice , and he lead me to the house keeping office and handed me the bag. It contains customer name cards and my ID cards, I am really very grateful. thanks to the hotel staff ! Thanks to the hotel

|0.22km from city centerI randomly came to Arizona, because I had never been, I did not do too much research or anything but found this amazing hotel and stayed here for 5 nights. Soon as I arrived to my hotel I was greeted by this amazing gentlemen name FRANK MAGUIRE who works for the valet, I arrived in a Lyft and he immediately opened my door and grab my luggages out of the trunk of the lyft’s car before the driver could. He greeted me with an amazing smile , and very good high energy. It was like we met before in another life, we were already joking and laughing with one another just after secs on meeting. I explained to FRANK that I was from SF area and I was by myself here and needed some cool things to do. He immediately got on his phone and made some calls and asked me to get settled and come back down. When I came back down he had my entire 5 days mapped out and planned for me. The whole entire time I was there he checked on me and made sure I was doing okay and was making very good interactions with others during my stay. The best part was he got me into the pool party at the W HOTEL!!! Frank went beyond and above to make sure my time in ARIZONA was memorable and it ABSOLUTELY WAS!!! THANK YOU FRANK!!!

|26.45km from city centerWe stay in a lot of hotels this price point because of our business. Super nice hotel. Comfortable beds/nice loud TV, great shower although it has that darned soft water. Nicen linens and cotton blankets on the beds. Refrigerator and Keurig machines. Ice machine that works. Only a few issues. You are charged for bottles of water. We are used to traveling with hotels that give you the cheap bottles of water for free. We don't need expensive hoity toity bottle adding to the bill. The air conditioning kept resetting itself during the night higher than we liked so we kept waking from stuffiness. You have to pay for breakfast and they don't serve til 7 on the weekends. The ac may be a deal breaker for a place that is 105 degrees in May.

|21.73km from city centerVery satisfied with the stay. The price is too high, and it feels like a hotel with the highest cost performance. There are a lot of choices to eat next to the location. The parking lot is large enough to be safe and secure. The most important thing is that the swimming pool is very good. In the evening, I went to swim a bubble pool and recall that the life in the United States was so comfortable.

|0.13km from city centerThe hotel is in the city center and the location is very good! The equipment is very new, there is a shopping mall behind the hotel, shopping is convenient, there are few Chinese people nearby, the outdoor terrace on the second floor of the breakfast hotel feels very delicious. I solved it at a nearby Japanese restaurant in the evening, and there is Starbucks near 200 meters. All of this is very good, the only bad thing is that there is no boiled water, but most hotels in the United States do not, especially this place with few Chinese.
