Both the front desk people, and the people who serve breakfast, were nice and polite. They greeted me gently. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel premises were well-maintained. Since the breakfast was usually included in the booking, please do not have high expectation.

Full score experience! The Crown Hotel Mirpitas is the first choice for Silicon Valley travel Business trip + double needs to make your own food, which is perfectly satisfied by this hotel. After staying, add it directly to the repurchase list! The location is really impeccable, close to the Bay Area Mall, shopping and eating can walk to the Great Mall, breakfast is simple but nuts, milk, eggs, milk are enough to meet the needs, equipped with a simple kitchen, you can also do something to eat. The quality of the room exceeded expectations, the facilities were brand new and complete, the suite we booked was spacious, the dressing table was designed intimately, and there was a capsule coffee machine with full details.

Love this hotel. This is my third stay. Rooms are roomy and breakfast is great. Very good amenities and facilities. They also have happy hours with complimentary drinks. I subtracted a star for three reasons: - We were assigned next to a room where some high school or college kids were having a party with door slamming noises till 11pm. - When I asked the front desk about the water machine, she told me they don’t have it and I can only purchase from the snack shop. However, I told her the operator told me there is a water machine near the fitness room, she then told me they is one inside the fitness room. - When I asked about delayed check out. They only offered an extra 30 mins.

The hotel has a great location, right next to Milpitas Square, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's also close to the highway exit. Breakfast is included, but the food is always the same and lacks variety. I got tired of it after a week. The room isn't well soundproofed. The sound of water running from the tap in the upstairs apartment is very clear. The guy upstairs always comes back to his room around 1 AM, and his footsteps are very clear. Neighbors opening and closing doors outside the room can definitely hear it. If you're sensitive to noise, either wear earplugs or choose another hotel. The front desk is mostly empty or only one person is there. You have to call them to get them to come out. And they're not very friendly; they seem to be temporary or new employees. The bathroom is slippery. Without soap, I slipped and fell every time I went in and out. The waterproof edge material is hard, so I bled. Luckily, it wasn't serious. There are no anti-slip mats or warnings in the bathroom. Use it with caution.

In particular, there is a restaurant that serves Japanese beef rice, which is large in quantity and reasonably priced. The bed in the hotel is quite comfortable, and cleaning needs to be discussed with the front desk in advance. A very satisfactory stay.

It's really good! Affordable, free breakfast, free parking, surrounded by large supermarkets and shopping districts, good service, much better than the Sheraton in San Jose where I stayed before, and the price is much cheaper. It is highly recommended! Highly recommended!

The location for transportation is very good. But the road noise is loud. The bedding looks clean, but there are always cockroaches in the bathroom, and ants crawling on the washbasin. So I doubt if the bedding is okay. The cleaning workers are nice and friendly.

Nice and clean room. There was one cockroach in my bathroom but only one. I guess the staff tries to solve this problem. I liked that the room has a fridge and a microwave. The bedsheets are clean and they even make your bed and change towels everyday. Google states that this hotel offers breakfast for some reason, they don’t. But there is a good diner 5 min away. This hotel is far better than hotels I stayed in in NYC.
