1. Sana madali silang kontakin, kasi i've been trying to call them like 50x thru phone and trip app pero walang sumasagot. May concern kasi ako sa booking ko.
2. Sana may tao sa drop off, like grabe kaloka, kailangan mo pang umakyat sa lobby (3rd floor) para lang kumuha ng cart at mag-ask ng help para sa gamit, may phone naman na available sa drop off kaso wala ding kwenta kasi walang nasagot.
3. Yung sa shower, pag naliligo ka lumalabas sa glass door yung water.
4. Aside sa toilet paper wala nang extra tissue sa sink.
5. Medyo mahabo at madumi yung ref.
Other Note is yung swimming pool ay outside the hotel you have to pass through at maglakad sa mga guest ng ocean park ticketing booth - so kung mag-swimming kayo that is something you can consider
But overall, nag-enjoy naman kami especially yung anak ko, he likes to look yung mga isda.

We love the A/C in the room but not the penthouse, where the breakfast buffet is. Speaking, the food is how I remembered before the great break for mankind in 2020. It’s simple and basic yet really I find enjoyable. We enjoyed their coffee. The view from our room was beautiful. Ours was clean and there’s no carpet which I like. And now I’m reminded how we were greeted with stinky carpet going to Rafaelle. By the way, this restaurant revamped its menu. In my opinion it’s not for the better. There’s also no way to do advance order. Even when declared that you’re staying at the hotel and a heart beat away. I gave my full name that could be verified with the reception. The return call was to turn down my request. It was composed of fragments of words, some phrases. From that call, I didn’t understand their reason for not agreeing. Anyhow, alert to Mommies and Daddies with hungry babe/s in tow. Quite unfortunate.

The first room we have was ok but the only complaint we have is that there are many cockroaches crawling in the wall, floor, kitchen and even in the bed. We have a bunk bed and under the mattress when I lay down I can see cockroaches crawling. I have to put cotton balls in my ear as I’m scared it will crawl inside my ear. The second room we check in on the 16th floor, we have no complaint at all it is clean and very comfortable. Staff was helpful.

One negative thing: the beddings are new but it needed to throughly check as andami pong bakbak na dumidikit sa damit as it was new. Need lang po sigurong labhan para makuha yung mga naiiwan na bakbak kasi nga bago. Aside from that EVERYTHING in Brightswood Hotel is superb! Way to go!

The tv had poor reception but we watched Netflix on our laptop using the hotel wifi.
The pool was excellent although of expected moderate size for a roof pool. Loungers and seating was provided.

I have a lot of baggage so it will be hard for me to find my ID. So I asked if I can show the picture of my ID. I understand that they don't allowed me.
But the thing that I don't like is one of the receptionist on Oct. 31, 2024 around 10pm.. Said ”Walang booking booking dito”. I get irritated because they are not professional. Those ******** receptionists treat me as a scammer even I'm not. Luckily I find my ID after the rude comment from that guy. They are not friendly and not smiling to their guests. Not accomodating and ”mayabang”.
But the staff who are assigned to give a pitcher of water are kind. I really appreciate their service.

However, there are no toiletries provided like soap, shampoo, toothpaste etc. Towel provided was only a thin one considering we are a couple that checked in. Told us that they'll replace it the next day, yet nothing came.
Didn't try the free breakfast either even I booked with complimentary breakfast.
AC or fan in the lobby would also be good since it's hot in there.
