The apartment is lovely , except the shower is easily blocked so it needs to be unblocked. And the customer service was not very nice when I asked if I could pls check out a bit later , even if I had to pay for it cause our bus was 7 hours later so it was a bit much. They simply said no. No discussion at all. So yeah overall it’s a beautiful apartment and easy to get around. Just wished for more flexibility from the team.

This is a hostel not a hotel. As a host, I am very satisfied. I live in a single room with towels and bath towels in the room. The shared toilets have paper towels and floor towels, which are better than the youth trips I have lived in before. The room is also very clean. The younger brother at the front desk is very enthusiastic. The only bad thing is that there is a lot of noise in the downstairs, but I don't care.

Really enjoyed this hotel, nice residence and such a convenient area, right in the middle of where I needed to be with plenty of transport nearby, such as the tram and train line. Will be staying here again if I'm to come back to Berlin.

It is a hotel a little from the centre of the city but next to a metro station so easy to get around.It is more of a business man hotel as it is next door to a multi national company in Siemens and the metro strop is called Siemensdamm. Very good breakfast rooms are a good size. We had issues with bookings regarding breakfast and city tax but the hotel honoured the booking and found it strange that city tax had already been paid. If you intend to stay at this hotel and go sightseeing I would buy days passes and then it does not matter. There is a supermarket across the road from the Hotel but restaurants are limited. the hotel has a bar if you like to sit around and have a drink.

I stayed in Berlin for a total of 9 nights before and after attending IFA. The hotel has a good location and a cigar room is a plus. Others: 1. Be careful with the ** brother at the front desk, his attitude is very bad. 2. The hotel swimming pool is very small, and there are naked people in the steam room from time to time. I respect the freedom of the body, but I remind you to bypass it if you mind. 3. The hotel is not cleaned in time and is unhygienic. Several times when I returned to the room in the afternoon, it was not cleaned, and the dirty bathrobes on the floor were hung back for guests to continue using. 4. The information shows that it was renovated in 2023, but there is no trace of decoration. The facilities and style are old, the refrigerator in the room is broken, and the lights are also damaged. Overall, it can be used as a place to rest assured for a few days on a business trip. If you want to get other value for money, it is recommended to change the place.

The location is perfect as well as the rooms. Every room has its own wash basin, every bed its own suit for backpack, etc. Beds don't have curtains, but this is not a huge issue. The furniture and the space designed in special way so you don't feel like your personal space is violated. The key cons is showers. There are no available lockers to keep your clothes before you go to the shower 🚿. So you need to leave your staff on the open space.

This hotel is LGBT-friendly, although I'm not. But it still surprised me a little bit. The hotel rooms, like other budget hotels in Europe, are relatively small. But it was quite clean and tidy, and it was a bit quiet. I had a really good sleep during those few days. What is not so good is the hotel breakfast. It has basically not been changed in 11 days. It is always the same, which makes people sad.

Das Hotel ist mit dem Bus 147 sehr gut an den Bf.Friedrichstr.,den Ostbahnhof und als Wichtigstes an den HBF angebunden. Der Hbf kann auch mit der U5 von der Station Museumsinsel bequem erreicht werden. Unser Ziel war die Museumsinsel,die fussläufig erreichbar ist. Das Frühstücksbuffett war mit dem Begrüßungs-Smoothie über die Brot-/Brötchen-Auswahl bis hin zur ,,Eierstation,, d.H. Omelett auf Wunsch sehr gut und vielfältig. Da ARCOTEL eine österreichische Kette ist kommt der Kaffee und die Säfte von Meindl bzw Rauch.Da stimmt die Qualität. Das Haus ist nach unserem Befinden uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Wenn es nicht den Zwischenfall mit meiner Doppelbuchung einer no-Storno-Rate gegeben hätte ,die vom Hotel mit keinerlei Kulanz(Gutschein gleich welcher Höhe) abschlägig beschieden worden wäre ,so könnten wir den Aufenthalt als Rundum gelungen bezeichnen.

The room booked did not include breakfast, but there was a buffet on the first floor, 12 euros for one person. To experience the local breakfast in Berlin, we chose to go out and have breakfast in the bakery. The hotel helps to make a reservation for a taxi and needs to pay for the service. The actual taxi at the entrance of the hotel is not difficult to call. When leaving the hotel, it is a black taxi. It feels like being bypassed.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights for our family tour with two kids. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to The Brandenburg. The rooms were cosy and clean. Just that you better check the bottles in the bathroom as the show gel one was empty in one of our rooms. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Overall we had a wonderful stay at The Westin!

Express Hotel All room specifications are the same. Breakfast is normal. Those in normal European hotels are slightly simple. Nothing in the room. You need to prepare yourself.
