The room was great, clean and safe. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and I was able to store my luggage. Plus, you can put food in the fridge. It's across from U-Town, with lots of restaurants nearby, which is super convenient.

I booked this hotel on a whim, and I didn't expect such great value for money! Location: It's right across from the Chaoyang District Government compound, on a quiet inner street. While not super close to the subway, it's peaceful, and there are several shopping malls within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby too, and it's a short taxi ride to many spots. 👍 Facilities: The hotel entrance isn't grand, but the lobby decor is quite nice. I booked a standard room, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The bedding and mattress were excellent, all drinks at the minibar were complimentary, the water quality was great, and the cleanliness was good. The bathroom, including the toilet, was high-spec and smart – a big thumbs up! 👍👍 Dining: I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast for two was included at this price point. The breakfast restaurant is spacious and the quality is really on point – a huge bonus! 👍👍👍 Service: The hotel service is excellent. Accor's management of the Mercure brand (via Huazhu Hotels) is really well done. Everyone, from the front desk and restaurant staff to the general service personnel and even the elevator operator, was incredibly nice. Another bonus! 👍👍👍 I'll definitely be back and will recommend it to friends.

It's very clean and super convenient. There's a shopping mall about 1 km away, and even a fresh market (not too far either), which is just incredibly handy! The hotel service is also excellent. The staff are beautiful and very kind, truly wonderful. Highly recommended. If I get the chance, I'll definitely stay here again.

I have to give Home Inn a huge thumbs up! The location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway exit. The room was much more spacious and brighter than I expected, especially the bedding – the pure cotton material was so skin-friendly and soft, I slept soundly all night. Xiao Yu at the front desk was super enthusiastic and patiently answered all my questions. I really appreciate the small detail of having a laundry bag in the room; it shows they genuinely think of their guests. The value for money is unbeatable, highly recommended!

The location near Ritan Park is super convenient for getting around and dining. The room heating was excellent, the layout was well-proportioned, and amenities like the TV worked great and had a clear picture. The bed, especially, was incredibly comfortable – on par with hotels costing a thousand yuan or more. The downsides were that the towels weren't changed during my three-night stay, and I only received two extra bottles of water. One day, the bathroom trash wasn't even emptied. The first two nights were quiet, and I slept well, but on the third night, the hallway was very noisy, possibly due to more guests. Overall, it was quite good and offered great value for money.

Overall, a good hotel when it comes to location, general cleanliness, and soundproofing, but not really friendly towards foreigners. The staff at the front desk really need to improve their service and attitude, they were quite unapproachable and unfriendly. They also didn’t provide clear instructions during check-in. Nothing on how to access amenities for example. Also, when I tried getting the late-night snack, they were just ignoring me on their phones. It’s only when another local guest indicated they should serve me first that they finally took notice. I felt uncomfortable approaching them with questions after my first encounter with them. The only time they suddenly cared was during check-out when they tried to pressure me into leaving a 5 star review on the spot while they watched. It would be better if they just gently remind people to leave a review if they wish to. For breakfast, there were lots of options but they should really label things and clearly indicate dietary restrictions like meat or allergens. It seems like this is not a thing in China but if you are catering towards foreigners, not everyone can just eat anything. Lastly, for anyone who is really sensitive to smoke, I asked for a smoke-free room but could still smell it, especially in the shower. Not sure if the smell is coming through from other rooms, but either way you will catch a whiff.

It was too cold to go home after watching a show nearby, so I booked the Holiday Inn. The location is unbeatable, right next to Sanlitun. My room on the 18th floor had a bay window, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea in the evening – very cozy. The front desk staff were all very nice, and check-in and check-out were incredibly fast. The hotel offers breakfast, but I didn't wake up in time to try it. Downstairs, there's a coffee shop, a noodle restaurant, and various other eateries including Western and Malay cuisine – everything you could want. For this location and price, the value for money is truly unbeatable.

This was my first time staying at a hotel here and I absolutely loved it! It was incredibly friendly, and the two young ladies at the front desk had excellent service attitudes. The hotel itself was clean, hygienic, and very cozy. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back next time! Freshly ground coffee is available for unlimited refills.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's in a prime location, very close to the subway. The hotel is quite new, and the rooms are smart. There's a laundry room on the first floor, and having the food delivery robot bring orders directly to the room is super convenient. The breakfast is excellent, especially the wontons made by the lady; they're delicious and homemade, not pre-made.

The room was really spacious, and the bedding was super comfortable. Being able to adjust the room temperature myself was a big plus. The only minor downside was that food delivery couldn't come directly to the room, but honestly, everything else was perfect. It's also really close to all the main attractions by taxi. If I'm ever in Beijing again, I'd definitely stay here.
