It’s an amazing experience very nice clean well maintained and luxury experience. Spacious . Beach has many activities for kids free of cost . We enjoyed a lot and our kids enjoyed

Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude…
Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included.
Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out…
I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one
For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi.
I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

Worst Mandarin Oriental hotel in the world ever.
1) the staff has treated guests booked from travel agent in a very obvious discriminative way. No requirements will be taken and they just try to find excuses.
2) as we have sensed that the staff is careless, we went to the reception on purpose in advance to renew the room card. The staff even took the cards and did something. But it turned out in the end the room card still expired and we had to wait 15 minutes outside the room for someone to open the door for us. I deeply suspect if the staff has been properly trained.
3) as we were leaving, the concierge forgot to put out luggage on the car!
To conclude, worst 5-star hotel ever and will not visit again.

Everything was excellent a special option Ep Club! So amazing service and delicious food! Private beach with white sand and warm pools! Super small aquapark for kids and beautiful rooms.
I have only 2 small minuses: you can’t buy there any sunscreen for kids (they have next to the beach own but…) and they don’t have indoor pool 😞
