Location is quite ok. A big mall beside the hotel. However, the amenities in the rooms are all very old. Breakfast spread is quite limited & don't look appetizing. Room cleaning service quite haphazard; cleared the used body wash and hair conditioner but did not replaced with new ones; threw away my opened package of salt left in the desk.

Staying in ***tra One since 1st Sep'23 & checking out tomorrow. This is the longest one hotel stay that I have ever had in a single stretch & I can say that I did not feel out of home during this time. Well connected hotel location, Very well maintained Rooms did not give me a chance to complain. Good quality food with variety of dishes available in the menu did not make me long for home cooked food. Special mention for Pawan Kumar & Ravi Kumar, apart from all other support staff including the security staff, who ensured that I had a comfortable & memorable stay at the hotel.
