This is quite simply the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived on the Saturday and the first thing to note is that it is nothing like the photos. There is no ‘parkland’, just a few trees. The outdoor seating area is scruffy and the rooms look as if the last time they saw any updates was circa 1993. Despite the 27 degree heat and clear blue sky the pool was closed due to the earlier rain and ‘dangerous’ weather. Rain. 🤷‍♀️ We had an early start on the Sunday so we were delighted to find that the rooms in the main block were treated to a very loud and very shouty DJ and disco until half past midnight. The noise was so bad that objects in our room were vibrating. Added to this were the hordes of children running up and down the corridors screaming at the tops of their voices until 1am. Despite this we had our long day with early start and returned to the hotel around 6pm hot and tired. I took my daughter to the pool which was unlocked and she had a swim. Until a lady came and shouted at us that we had to leave because the pool closes at 6pm. No signs telling us this on the wide open gate so I didn’t really appreciate her rudeness. We wait to see what delights await us this evening but thankfully, we leave tomorrow. I have to sign off now to help my daughter with the broken shower screen. This after my 16 year old son almost fell down the toilet because the toilet seat is broken. Classy place. I’d avoid if I were you. Oh and I’ve just discovered as daughter leaves the shower that the maid has taken all of our towels and not replaced them.

I arrive at night (h. 1:30) back from an international journey, with a change of time band, I just hope I can sleep a little. Then extended to 11 after my prayers) is not well-being; at 2:30 a group of people in other rooms of the corridor, men and women, will come out of the voices that sound between the walls. They wish to be good night in a high voice, and they will have a date tomorrow; two of them do not want to know about and pull, they continue to blater in the corridor, then maybe they have problems with the door of the room, they knock it, comment, I'm forced to open my door and invite them to stop it with all that stick, and we're not in the square at noon. I'm going back to sleep, and I've been at 3 p.m. and I can sleep at some point. At 8:15 the hell starts, you feel shocks, noises of sticking hands falling on the floor, that is, you understand that it is already passing the cleaning of the rooms. Noise is intolerable, it is a forced wake like a caserma. When I finally washed and dressed, I go out in the corridor, I see one of the workers out of a room that cleaned the door pulling it out ... Here's the main cause of those noisy hits that they felt! No delicacy, no accuracy for those who might still be in bed. In the end, I had not only the unfortunateness of living with a poor and noisy client (and here the fault is not of the hotel, but it is not a little careful to recommend silence in the corridors), But there is also the 8:15 pm awakening that makes it unrecommended to stay for those who need a real rest. For the rest, decent location, friendly reception service, quality/price ratio in line with the Roman standard exoses.

I chose this hotel because we needed a place to stay for just one night before an early morning flight out of Fiumicino after our time in Tuscany (It is an easy 35-minute drive to the airport on Sunday morning), but I wish we could have stayed longer! The staff was so friendly on check-in and told us that we were welcome to explore the public areas of the villa, which are covered with beautiful paintings and frescos. They provided us with a write-up on the very interesting history of the Villa. Our rooms (we booked two for our family) were very clean and good-sized, with comfortable beds. Yes, the wifi was spotty, and the rooms could use a little updating in terms of things like outlets), but they really had everything we needed and the charm of the place makes up for those things. One room had a beautiful view of Rome, especially at night! We also ate dinner in the hotel's elegant restaurant and it was a perfect last meal before we left Italy. The service was wonderful, prosecco was flowing freely, and the food was delicious!

The hotel is very beautiful and elegant; it is located in Castel Gandolfo and enjoys a great view of the lake Albano, so it is very quiet. The rooms are large and comfortable; even if they have some details to review. Breakfast is absolutely high; it has a wide range of high quality sweet and salty products. The staff is friendly and available. Parking is very comfortable. The hotel is excellent because it is a few minutes' walk from the centre of Castel Gandolfo.

Hotel is in forest area 25 km from center of Rome and having many rooms (around 60 ). We liked the space they have outside-taking fresh air and walk around. Rooms are comfort and normal space as needed. Personnel were very friendly and helping for anything needed ,Sabrina &Annalisa served us. Breakfast is typically italian ( sweety dishes) only cheese&ham is salty. Be careful if you ask for other things you could be charged(i.e eggs ). Ask well before ordering. Price of the room in respect to distance from Rome is ok, 120 eur for triple. Take a visit to lake Albano, 10 min close to the hotel

Abbiamo acquistato un pacchetto unico formula hotel + parco divertimento (zoomarine) e l’hotel president ci è stato indicato come scelta obbligata. L’hotel si presenta come una struttura con l’arredamento datato; le camere, dotate di aria condizionata, sono poco spaziose anche se pulite. Il frigobar non rinfrescava a sufficienza. Lascia a desiderare l’assenza di prese elettriche in prossimità dei comodini da poter utilizzare Per la ricarica di telefoni cellulari, ormai una necessità per chiunque possegga uno smartphone. Nel bagno la presa elettrica destinata al phon di proprietà dell’ospite risultava quasi distaccata dalla parete. Particolarmente scomoda la doccia essendo presente una vasca con doccetta che a stento arriva alla parete per poter essere fissata. La colazione, almeno nella nostra formula, non era inclusa ed è stata acquistata a parte ma è stata piacevole, ben organizzata, ricca di prodotti di buona qualità. Il prezzo pagato nel pacchetto (sicuramente incrementato dalla formula proposta dal parco divertimento) è assolutamente sproporzionato per la struttura. Receptionist gentilissima e personale cortese e professionale. Comodissimo il parcheggio disponibile presso la struttura. La proprietà dovrebbe investire in un ammodernamento sostanziale per rendere l’hotel all’altezza delle quattro stelle.
