Very good hotel, I will stay here again next time. It's very convenient to shop and eat around. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is also very good. It is close to the main road and has convenient transportation, but there is a bit of traffic jam during peak hours.

Ayass Hotel is a top-notch establishment and one of the finest in Amman. As an independent, family-run hotel, it offers a personal touch, with staff members responding promptly to ensure a comfortable stay. The entire team, from management to housekeeping and reception, was both friendly and professional. We stayed for extended periods in 2023 and 2024, and returning to a room beautifully decorated in a honeymoon style after a long day was a delightful surprise

The hotel is well maintained with friendly and responsive staff. The rooms are clean and the washroom hygienically maintained. The front desk was always eager to help with a smile.. there is a Starbucks on the premise and that definitely was a plus for me
