The location was great, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The sheets were fresh and clean, and there were unlimited water refills.

It's a small hotel. There was a great welcome from the friendly and fun reception staff. But the room very small and the room proportions are not good Makes staying in hotels difficult I came with my family which is highly not recommended. Because the size and arrangement of the facilities is not good.

The hotel’s location is great, with cafés and restaurants nearby. The rooms look just like in the pictures; however, the door sometimes moves and makes noise due to air pressure.

The staff at Melrose hotel were wonderful! Very attention to detail oriented, I was very happy with their help along the way.
Outside of the loose toilet seat and some stained towels that were quickly replaced. It was a fine experience staying there.
The room is small so be prepared if you’re sharing a twin with two beds. But it’s definitely doable very cozy so make sure you like your travel partner.
Would definitely stay again if I visit Amsterdam again.

Staff were helpful and inviting.
Great location.
Room was clean but small.
Shower head was damaged and leaked somewhat, but did work ok.
No fresh milk for tea, but we did get some when we asked.
