Nosso passeio para Antônio Prado foi espetacular somente pela nossa estadia no Tri. Atendimento super bom, acomodações ótimas e o que falar da piscina, a melhor parte do hotel, água aquecida e tudo maravilhoso. Adoramos e com certeza voltaremos.

Embora digam que Antônio Prado é uma cidade turística, não tem infraestrutura para receber os visitantes. Viemos passar o réveillon e todos os restaurantes da cidade estão fechados e só abrirão na segunda semana de janeiro. O gestor do hotel não é nada competente, pois nada fez quanto isso, pois nem sequer oferece refeições no local. Na cidade não existe sequer um serviço de informações turísticas. A propósito: o hotel está cheio de turistas de outros locais.

Boa infraestrutura, funcionários atenciosos, quartos limpos, ponto negativo que compramos a ceia de reveillon com antecedência e logo no início que foi servida a ceia, foi decepcao em cima de decepção, total despreparo da gerencia que foi a responsavel pela organizacao, acabou diversos pratos e sobremesas, houveram famílias que não conseguiram se servir e aproveitar a ceia. Total decepção.
