My tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund

The location of this property is good however, some updating needs to be done. I can handle updating needs but when your bathroom seems like it hasn’t been cleaned that’s when I become unhappy with my choice. The bathroom toilet had urine under the seat, long black hairs in the bath tub, blood spot on the wall, and the free shampoo was already used. I would expect better for a $200 a night hotel.

Room was dirty, door handle was ready to fall off door, bathroom was dirty. Just needs a coat of paint in all rooms and new flooring with new chairs and fixtures. Way over priced for condition of room.

It was easy to find with plenty of dining options along with good parking and friendly people working. Our room (203) had not been very well vacuumed, pretzels on the floor. The furniture needs updating. The chair is coming apart.

It was quiet, even though the room was next to the elevator and the window faced the highway. The furniture in the room is really showing signs of wear. - like the fabric on the arm of the chair had a very large tear in it and the door of the cabinet that goes to the mini-fridge won't close shut any more. Shower was good - bed was comfortable. The room did what I needed - a place to sleep for the night. Was it worth $200 ?...nah.

I liked the breakfast. Very good choices - both hot and cold items. They were very prompt when fixing a clogged drain.
Some of the front desk staff were not very friendly.

Really great! The only issue was the TV in the living room area wasn't working. The room was really clean, and comfortable.

The rooms are run down. Lots of cracking on the walls that was just painted over. Bathroom was not cleaned well when we arrived. Shower is old and the floor of the tub felt like it was going to bend and crack. Some parts of the room looked more updated while others were very outdated. Poor lighting in rooms, tv is is small and didn’t offer the ability to stream from our personal streaming accounts like other hotels. The staff wasn’t friendly nor rude. They were just ok.

Hotel was wonderful! Hard to find at first since it's at the back of the restaurants & sign can't be read from the road. But the hotel was even better than expected. I would stay here again.
