Good service at reception. Had a problem with a room and it was changed. Comfy pillows: one sof and one hard. Relatively close to San Siro Stadium. Extra costs for breakfast or parking. Shower în bathroom. Air conditioning when working up to 26 degrees Celsius.

Everything was perfect for me. Before getting to Milano, I've been to Nordic countries which cost more, this hotel took a very reasonable price for me. And the staffs were pretty kind. I still remember one staff kindly asked me 'coffee or cappuccino?' And she explained that they bake almost of the bread. And the facilities could be better. They have a basement parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll be back whenever I come back to Milano.

Siano stati in questo hotel tra Dicembre e Gennaio e devo dire che era molto bello, la colazione era poco assortita con cornetti non del tutto eccellenti assenza di acqua a temperatura ambiente bisognava sempre chiederla, il materasso molto duro era come non averlo con coprimaterasso macchiato e onestamente faceva un po impressione. The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. They did omit to notify us about the early breakfast they offer upon check-in, so make sure you ask about this if you have an early flight. They do also let you take drinks from the bar up to your room. Location and Travel Be aware of how far away the hotel is from Milan. From Duomo, you'll need to get on the red line (M1) towards RHO and get off at Lampugnano. The last bus from Lampugnano leaves at 20:00 back to Lainate. You will then need to get the 617 bus which drops you off outside Lidl and Maccies near the hotel. This is obviously not ideal if you want to spend the evening in Milan. We arrived during a national taxi strike which made the trip much more stressful. While this is not the hotel's fault, a heads up from the hotel would have been nice about traveling to and from Milan central. We were stranded in Milan on the first day, we called the hotel and they told us to try and get an Uber. The uber was 144 euros which we reluctantly paid. The car never showed up so we called back the hotel and they stopped answering our phone calls. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, feeling confident we knew the route to and from the hotel, we double-checked with the hotel, and unfortunately, we were not made aware of when the last bus is. On our second day, we were stranded in Milan again. Luckily we met two other people at the last subway station who had also done the Wowcher holiday and they managed to get in touch with the hotel to arrange a private taxi back to the hotel. As there was a strike going on at the time, the fare was 55 euros from Rho subway station to the hotel, which is roughly a 10/15 minute drive. Again this is not the hotel's fault but it is something to be aware of. Another thing to be aware of when using the subway is that the tickets are only valid for 90 minutes, and there are plain-clothed officers waiting in the subway stations to catch people out. So make sure you always have a ticket with enough time left on it to get all the way back to the hotel. Breakfast We were allocated this Hotel from Wowcher, and we were told to pay £40 for the bed and breakfast, which was fine until we realised we couldn't get breakfast on the 2nd day as we had to leave the hotel at 4 am. Essentially meaning we paid £40 for one breakfast between the two of us. We have had no joy in getting a refund for the second day's breakfast from the hotel which is the primary reason for leaving a review. The hotel in my opinion is perfect for people who do not want to spend evenings in Milan or who have a car. If neither of these applies to you, I would highly recommend looking for a hotel closer to the center of Milan.

This hotel is not in a good position for those who want to be near transport, but this did not affect me because I chose this position for other reasons. This hotel is the worst one I've ever been in many ways: I wouldn't complain about it if I had paid less, but I paid a fortune for a hotel that doesn't worth the price. The room is small, the Wi-Fi and TV are not working in building 2. Breakfast (in comparison to other 3 stars in which I was) is very low: only one type of bread, only dry and only one cheese, no chorizo ​​​​o other cheese types. Check-out is too early at 10:30 ... never seen such a thing. Positive points for which I don't give a star: friendly staff, good cleaning and various room hygiene products always supplied.

My stay at Hotel Raffaello was brilliant. The staff were amazing, the breakfast buffet was exquisite with a variety of food options, I had no issues with the internet, the hotel bar was great (and so was the bar tender), and I really loved my shower. The only negative with the economy single was that the size was a bit smaller than anticipated. The hotel location was perfect for me as it is within walking distance to two tram stops (1 and 5 mins away) making it well connected. It was not too central, which is great because it meant that the area was less crowded and quieter than if it were located closer to the center. I would recommend the hotel to anyone, for sure!

I stayed at the Moom in 2011 and 2012 and loved it— not so much this time. While the breakfast buffet and happy hour are wonderful, the rooms were awful. We booked two rooms- one for me and one for my husband and a kid in each room. They set the temperature at 23– you cannot change it. The staff put us in a handicapped room - the toilet was 2feet off the ground, furniture was missing from the room, and there was no place to set belongings in the bathroom. The space was awkward and not cozy at all. Then, when we checked out, they told us there was an 80 Euro “child fee”. This wasn’t in the original booking — why us there a child fee? Did we just get ripped off? Impossible to know. While the original booking suggested this would cost one price, the final price was Much more.

I was so happy that the hotel is located 300m away from the metro station that has elevator and escalator access. I was carrying a luggage that is 40kg over and I’m happy that the metro it’s not far from the hotel. The hotel staffs upon checking was very nice and I decided to extend 1 more day and the staff was happy to assist me on that. My room was at level 6 which is great because I prefer staying at high floor (level 7 was the highest). When I inspect the room upon checking-in, it was very clean althought they only provide soap, shampoo, towels & toilet rolls. No toothbrush etc. which I don’t mind at all because I brought my own. The housekeeping was great although some only speak Italian and don’t understand English but they did their job in cleaning my room every single day, just like how I entered it on the first day. They did change the towels to fresh towels and make my bed. Overall, I will stay again at this hotel whenever I’m in Milan.
