The hotel has a convenient location to go to famous places in Bangkok. The staffs here are really nice and helpful. The room is quite big and clean, they also prepare amenities. Price is acceptable and I really like the smell whenever I stay in the lobby. Such a good choice to stay in Bangkok

Really good value for money. We didn’t get breakfast and it was a good thing, the selections were not so good, very carb heavy. Rooms are nice and spacious.
Enjoyed dinner in Benihana. Got discount as we are hotel guests.

I recently stayed here for 5 days on a leisure trip. Overall, the hotel offers a decent experience with good breakfast, service, and amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. However, I did notice some mould near the AC vents in the room access corridors, which is a sign that the property might be showing its age.
Unfortunately, the checkout process was a major letdown. Despite requesting to have the checkout formalities completed in advance, the staff handling the process was incredibly slow. I ended up waiting for almost 50 minutes, which was frustrating, especially since they had added tips to the room service bill without my permission. This led to discrepancies in the final amount, and even after multiple follow-ups, they were slow in providing the supporting copies. To top it off, they didn’t even give me a final bill but just showed it to me briefly.
While the stay was generally comfortable, the checkout experience left a sour note. I would recommend management to improve their processes to avoid such delays and confusion in the future.

Service staff are very friendly and would always greet all customers.
Food at the breakfast buffet was very sumptuous and nice and i didn't mind eating it for 5 days.
Only bad thing is the room carpets are very dirty and the room i had, had lots of stains on the floor. Would recommend to change the carpets to make the hotel look cleaner.

Overall it was a nice room with a great view, the train station was relatively close and it was a comfortable stay. There were a lot of ammenities but they were all quite expensive

Booked executive room with lounge access.
No one at check in explain anything about lounge access, service , operation time, etc.
Lounge is small and staff aren’t very friendly. Breakfast large spread of Indian cuisine and not many Thai food, wasn’t expecting that in a Thailand hotel.
Construction during our stay, extremely loud in the lobby area.
Room was big but dated, but the bed the extremely comfortable.
The spa on the forth floor is nice and reasonably priced.
