Customers arriving by taxi can have the taxi drop them off at the alley entrance on the Phetchaburi Road side as usual. Staff will be available to assist with carrying luggage to The Residence Hotel.

The room is fine with value for money consideration, although one tile was missing after cleaning the next day but replaced on the same day after feedback. Outside the room, carpets have a musty smell. Ground floor access to counter is laid with stairs and roaches were roaming on the ground floor. Lift lobby was tucked in a corner. But overall can’t complain for that price and location. The sofa in the lobby seemed to have an unpleasant smell

A small hotel. Location around 15min to Platinum & 25min to the mall. It is more looks like motel.

Suggest to provide more toiletries like toothpaste. TV in the room a bit old , to provide more channels that can be watched so during at night resting at enjoy the time in the room.

Old but renovated…shower water is small…overall the room is comfortable, and there is a 7-11 next to it, which is very convenient

Kinda old hotel, facilities are quite shabby and falling apart. Location is somewhat convenient, very near to Pratunam and Platinum Mall but about 10 mins to nearest BTS.
