Definitely the nicest hotel in Baotou. Great location near good restaurants and very easy to get a taxi if you want to go further. Service was very help and breakfast had great Chinese and Western options. Even during Spring Festival everything was very clean and service was attentive. Will definitely stay again!

The only downside was that the water was not hot one night, and it was still cold after a long time. The hotel replied that there were few people staying and the circulation was not strong. However, the hotel opened a low-level room for the three of us to take a shower. The water temperature was lower the next day. Normal. I saw several bad reviews before and I was a little uneasy. After I stayed this time, I felt that Pullman was still very good. I hope it will get better and better.
