The boss was very nice and helped upgrade the room to a twin. The room was very large and even had a sofa and a large desk. It was very well decorated and clean. The shower button was very difficult to turn, especially with shower gel on my hands. It was even more slippery and difficult to turn. I ended up wrapping a towel around the button to open it. 🤣 The room door has a police app password lock, which is very secure. It has an anti-theft lock but no anti-theft chain. An anti-theft chain would have been much better. I forgot to take a photo, but it is exactly the same as the boss's picture.

Good services, room clean and stay comfortable. Counter staff 黃小弟 provide excellent service by helping us to call to Shanghai for making some enquiry on behalf of us due to our first time in China. Will continue to support this 全季 in future when coming to China.

I chose the Novotel in Xinwu District for my trip to Wuxi this time, and overall, my stay was quite good – definitely worth a positive review. First off, the hotel only opened last year, so all the facilities are brand new. The lobby looks clean and impressive. The room was quite spacious with good natural light, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. It was quiet at night, so I got a great rest. I was also happy with the location. It's very convenient to take a taxi to popular attractions like Nanchang Street and Huishan Ancient Town. There's also a subway station nearby, making getting around hassle-free. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient with check-in, and their attitude was excellent. The breakfast selection was quite varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted delicious. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Wuxi.

The hotel room rates were very affordable, and parking was convenient with both above-ground and underground options, so no worries about finding a spot. The front desk staff was proactive and helped me upgrade my room type. You can contact them anytime if you need anything.

The location is convenient, just over ten minutes from the high-speed train station, and right next to the Japanese restaurant street. The room lighting is smart-sensor activated, and thoughtful amenities like hand cream, laundry detergent, and disinfectant wipes are provided. The breakfast, though small, has everything you need.

The Atour hotel in Golden Wheel Plaza is great! Nearly every time I come to Wuxi I choose this hotel. The front desk staff is helpful and pleasant. The ladies in the breakfast hall are the best, always so friendly! The laundry service is a great benefit and the staff always helps to keep track of your laundry and if you don’t pull it from the machines yourself they will even wash, dry and fold your clothes and deliver them to your room! Great service and location at this Atour, highly recommend.

Environment: The atmosphere was warm and incredibly comfortable.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was attentive. The hotel facilities were complete, including a laundry room and gym. Breakfast was quite varied, and they even offered late-night congee.
