What I enjoy in this hotel is that I was able to sleep comfortably. The breakfast didnt stood out for me, there are other better places. The carpets on the floor which I booked are covered with cloth, made me confused the first time I see that. The location is ok, when you get out in less than 5 minutes of walking you'll be at the train station Line 1 Exit 14. There are convinience stores nearby which you need to walk for less than 2 minutes. They are strict with 2pm checkin time. facilities services

The hotel was excellent! The room was incredibly clean and quiet, which was a huge plus for me traveling alone with my child. It's about a ten-minute walk to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and you can catch a bus back from the Bund. You can buy delicious butterfly pastries at the International Hotel nearby. Plus, there's a Qiqihar BBQ restaurant downstairs that my daughter and I ate at for two days straight! I think it offers fantastic value for money, definitely on par with or even better than Atour. And the staff at the front desk, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

This hotel's location is truly excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from Metro Line 2, and the best part is it's only a 5-minute walk to Nanjing East Road. We could easily go back to the hotel to rest when we got tired from shopping and then head out again. The cleanliness is also superb, and the service is great. I really liked the scent of the toiletries too. I'll definitely choose this place again when I visit Shanghai in the future. Highly recommended! My child was very happy. The breakfast was also rich and varied, and the front desk staff were so kind and friendly. Five stars!

The hotel is well-located, right in the middle of the pedestrian street. We stayed in a standard room, but after our flight was canceled due to a typhoon, we extended our stay for another day and were moved to an upgraded room. The room was fantastic, we were probably lucky. It had two rooms: a living room with a sofa and a magnificent view of the pedestrian street. Besides a tea set, there was also a coffee machine. There was also a large, separate bathroom. It's an ideal option for a family with a child. The breakfasts are very good, with options for both children and adults. The only thing I didn't notice was an omelet station; there were fried eggs and scrambled eggs instead. But you won't go hungry; a delicious and hearty breakfast is guaranteed.

The hotel is on the 5th floor of Yongjin Plaza. There are front desks on both the 1st and 5th floors, and check-in was pretty quick. The lobby on the 5th floor is also a nice place to relax, with comfortable sofas and chairs. The front desk service was quite good.

I recently stayed at Yitel Premium and absolutely loved it! The location is amazing—right in the heart of the pedestrian street, so it's super convenient to walk anywhere. It's also really close to a famous Xiaolongbao restaurant, and DiDi drivers can pick you up right in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room every single day. The best part was that my stay coincided with my birthday, and the staff was so sweet to upgrade my room for free! The service here is top-notch. I also loved the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, and the free washing machine was a huge plus. The only minor things were a slight cigarette smell that probably came through the AC vents, which was understandable. However, the only real downside was that my room faced the main road, so the traffic noise was quite loud. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it!

The Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World is grand and spotless overall, with an unbeatable location. Oliver and Vanida provided gentle and professional service; the check-in process was smooth, and they patiently and thoroughly answered all my travel-related questions. They were friendly and considerate, and their service throughout was very patient. This stay was extremely comfortable and is highly recommended.

The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient, with no tedious waiting. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, providing meticulous and thorough service. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. The overall experience far surpassed other hotels in the same price range. Whether for leisure travel or business trips, this is a highly recommended hotel! I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area and sincerely recommend it to everyone!
