This hotel perfectly blends luxury with sustainability. The eco-friendly practices, like recycling and locally sourced products, were impressive. My room was comfortable and elegant, with beautiful natural touches.

Great pillows, I also like the nice firm bed. The toilet has missing grout in between tiles and mould growing on the grout at the corner of the floor, it's a bit old.
But in general the one night stay was ok.

We went for Afgan Concert at Spice Arena Penang on 28th. The hotel is just by foot. It just literally in front of the Arena. The room is in very good shape, very clean, all amenities are function and it is very comfortable to stay in this hotel. I will seek to stay in this hotel again.The bathroom is well keep maintain, towel is thick and comfy.

Customer service is bad, no one picks up the call - operator/ house keeping. Breakfast selection is limited and the nasi lemak undercooked. The chef duty at the egg section, cough without wearing a mask.

It was great and I loved the services. Didn’t get to try the breakfast cause we had an early flight to go to. Would want to stay again, longer if I have a chance to visit Penang again.
