This is the perfect hotel in my mind! I want to stay at the Parkman every time I travel in the future!! I checked in early, and there was a gymnastics competition going on. Lots of kids were running around, and the front desk staff were incredibly busy, but they were very patient with everyone. Because I arrived early and many rooms weren't ready yet, they upgraded me! I'm so grateful! ❤️ The breakfast was also super delicious!! There were plenty of washing machines and dryers. I'm a bit of a clean freak, and I couldn't find anything to complain about in the hotel! Five stars all around!

Good, good service attitude, enthusiasm, timely response, fast and convenient check-in. The traffic in the old town is also convenient. It is still very quiet at night. The breakfast buffet in the morning is also quite rich. The public area is spacious and quiet, and the lobby is equipped with a bathroom. The only bad thing is that the quilt bedding smells of smoke. This is not very good. It smells when you enter the door. Although the door can be ventilated to disperse the room, the smell of smoke in the textile is difficult to disperse. It is suffocating one night.

This hotel was the best value for money among all the hotels we stayed at during our trip. The breakfast spread was excellent, catering to the needs of seniors, children, and young adults alike. The front desk staff were very welcoming and clearly explained all the check-in procedures. Its downtown location offers convenient transportation, making it a great choice for travelers who prefer not to stay by the beach.

The location is near the old street and very close to the seafood market. You can go to the seafood market to buy seafood and have the kitchen process it for you. The room facilities are complete, the bathroom is clean and tidy, the front desk lady is polite, and there are welcome fruits. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The front desk girls are the kindest & most helpful people I have ever met in all my 30 years of travel worldwide. They have me to contact the bus company to claim refund for me as the bus trip from Beihai to Haikou is canceled because of Taiphon Yogi. Then they called Agoda to cancel & claim refund for my hotel stay in Sanya. Thank you very much, girls!!!!!!

The trip to Beihai of the three girls did not drive all by public transportation. This location is too friendly to us. The high-speed rail station came for ten minutes, and it was not expensive to take a taxi to the attractions. The room was clean and the makeup light in front of the mirror was okay. This is really important haha. In the evening, eat snail powder downstairs and go upstairs. Sisters can transfer or travel without a car.

This hotel evaluation, I gave it to . I parked at the hotel gate. Because of the novice driver, the technology is not good and I am worried about parking spaces, but the hotel has staff to guide and patiently direct me to park, which makes me feel a lot of peace of mind. Came to the front desk to check in, the receptionist at the front desk, the service attitude was very warm and positive, not only patiently explained the difference between various room types, but also reminded us intimately that the restaurant location, meal time and the use of the room smart assistant are great! The room facilities are very complete, the hygiene is also very clean and tidy, very cost-effective. It is worth mentioning that the whole house is really convenient. Recommend everyone to stay at this hotel, give us a really good stay experience!
