The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!

I specially asked for a vacation to relax with my mother during the peak tourist season in Beihai. I chose to choose the store where my friend came to live last time. The soundproofing of the room is quite good, although it is next to the road but it is not noisy at all. Mainly this is very affordable and worth it. The location is really super good, very close to Qiaogang Street, a bunch of delicious food inside, very close to Qiaogang Beach, about five minutes to drive an eDonkey. Next time I directly recommend relatives and friends to live here, I wish the boss a prosperous business ～

Overall, the room was very clean and tidy, the price was very affordable, and the boss was very straightforward. I bought seafood and fried it, but the craftsmanship was not very good. The boss also helped to fried it and the taste was very good. If I have the opportunity to come to Beihai next time, I will continue to live.

The bed in the tatami room was very soft and comfortable. The homestay was not big but cozy. We have friends who don't eat seafood, so it's very convenient to eat in the restaurant next door. 潿洲島南灣區離海最近的民宿，衞生乾淨，床品很舒服。地理位置很好，趕海、潛水等都近在咫尺。入住前一天也在潿洲島上，老闆娘沒來接但給了第二天去碼頭的車費，好貼心。
