這房子也能叫酒店。就是拿很破爛的民房改造的。晚上睡覺都怕倒的那種。

房間能住，不開空調有些味道。
前台早上值班的不是很認真，需要更換床單被罩打掃衞生忘了，但是後面晚上值班的前台給換了房間，這還是可以的，前一天也説了需要更換床單被罩，換的還有頭髮，阿姨需要認真。
總的來説，除了衞生我都滿意。

入住三天沒有打掃過一次衞生，毛巾沒換過
牙刷還要去前台拿，還是非常差的那種，牙刷很硬實在用不下去衹能自己買了，被子很潮濕
房間不隔音，每天早上不是被門鎖滴滴聲吵醒，就是被走廊上的人吵醒，入住體驗非常差

服務非常熱情，有求必應，衞生很乾凈。出門就是地鐵站，去哪裡都比較方便，房間是地暖，特別暖和。下次出差還會選擇這裏。

陪朋友第二天要去鳥巢，就選擇離地鐵近的酒店。入住時門是開的，房間好像是住過人的，煙灰缸裏是煙末，異味難聞。隔音像是拉了個簾子，隔壁的呼嚕聲就像是在一個房間。門晃裏晃蕩，也沒有內插。牙刷爛到沒法刷，燒水壺一倒水蓋子掉了，也沒有拖鞋。總之，這個酒店太需要改進了！

最差的一次旅遊體驗了，酒店你可以忘記放衞生紙，可以忘記放浴巾，可以忘記放小肥皂，你怎麼可以忘記打掃衞生？馬桶坐墊上滿是還沒有蒸發的尿液，找前台換房，回答説爆滿沒有房間，工作人員拿着同一把馬桶刷把坐墊和馬桶一起刷一遍就算完事。半夜一點我也衹能將就了。看來首都掙錢很容易，就這樣臟兮兮小小的房間在打完折後居然將近400塊錢，從來不願給差評，這次實在太氣憤了。

優點：交通便捷，離地鐵口100米，公交站台200米。去主城區景點超方便，半小時內到故宮、奧體中心、後海、天壇、前門等。去長城也很方便，兩站公交車到德勝門，就可以去搭乘877。
缺點：衞生狀況堪憂。打掃衞生不夠主動。

設施：桌子太窄了，沒辦法放電腦啥的，椅子太臟了，不能坐。馬桶坐墊小了一圈，坐下去好難受的。
衞生：屋內環境尚可，蚊子較多，被子裏都黃了，外罩尚可。
環境：酒店所在位置較安靜，但房間隔音不好。
服務：服務態度挺好的，能夠提供蚊香，洗衣粉之類的物品。
