The ktv on the third floor of the hotel had dinosaurs roaring at 12 o'clock at night, and there was no sign. It would be understandable if it was a restaurant or something like that. This is a hotel. There is a KTV downstairs in the hotel, which is not suitable for staying. I sang and shouted to the microphone downstairs in the middle of the night. I gave feedback to the front desk but it was of no use. During the day when we first moved in, we were renovating it, and at three or four o'clock in the evening, there was singing downstairs. The soundproofing of the room was very poor, and you could hear it even when the neighbor next door was washing in the morning. If you have trouble sleeping or are sensitive to noise, take a detour. The sound insulation is too poor and it’s next to a KTV.

房間床單底下有毛髮，我跟前台説明，大晚上的説要給我更換床單，有沒有搞錯呢，要是白天換就換了，大晚上換什麼床單，再者説那根本不是床單的問題，可見衞生打掃的確實不好
因為太晚了，不想出去，想多要兩瓶水，前台不想給，我也不是差那兩塊錢的人，就是太晚了不想出去，一間房你們掙 300 多，要兩瓶水都不想給
