Great welcome, easy and safe parking. Lovely room and a great breakfast included. Very near to towns either way out of the hotel and great for biking too. On the advice of reception, we got to the S Bahn in 5 minutes in our bikes and then got a train to Cologne which is 20 minutes away. Lovely meal there then came back. The trains run til very late. An excellent visit.

Pleasant stay in a clean and friendly authentic German gasthaus with a forest motif. Good shower, good breakfast and a Biergarten. Location nothing special but free parking included. No air conditioning and we slept with open windows. Free wifi.

We have taken the spa arrangement with mediterana. This is ok but not great. If you want to have a vacation with comfort, serenity and the beauty standard of the mediterrana this is not the hotel to go to. But if you just want a room and a bed to stay in for a cheap price than this is a good deal. The foto's of the hotel do not give you an objective look and feel of the experience, go to google street view to have a look around because the area of the hotel is really ugly with an industrial environment and a big very crowdy shopping EDEKA across the street , so this is not a holiday location!!!

5 Star What a beautiful little family run hotel The staff we amazing The room was very clean ( what else would you expect in Germany) The food in the restaurant was well presented and traditional German food featured well on the menu We have been coming back to this hotel for over 5 years and the standards haven’t dropped Thank you for making my visit to this area to visit my Aunt a pleasurable one

Wir waren zum ersten mal im Hotel Gronauer Tannenhof. Der Service am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und reichhaltig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Allgemein war der Service überdurchschnittlich gut und die Atmosphäre im ganzen Haus gemütlich. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder nutzen und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Familie Seltmann

Sehr freundliches Personal, Die Kombi Hotel mit dem Mediterana Wellness war super klasse. Die Zufahrt zum Mediterana war nicht zu weit. Zimmer sehr sauber im Hotel , im allgemeinen sehr sauber. Frühstück klein aber genügt föllig . Wir besuchen Sie gerne wieder

Nettes Hotel mit rustikalem Charme. Ordentlich ausgestattete, saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage (2 km bis zum Zentrum von Bergisch Gladbach). Für Radreisende: Das Fahrrad kann in der Hotelgarage untergestellt werden.

Das Personal war sehr, sehr nett. Die Zimmer sauber und gut. Die Dusche hervorragend. Zum Frühstück habe es alles, was das Herz begehren könnte. Wir hätten auch draußen gut sitzen können. Nur war es am Morgen zu windig. Zur Innenstadt fuhr ein Bus 8 Minuten keine 100 m entfernt vom Hotel ab.
