Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations for the following reasons: 1. Cleanliness Issues: The room was not clean upon arrival. We found multiple hairs on the bed linens, significant dust throughout the room, and an unvacuumed carpet that was visibly dirty. The coffee table had water marks left by previous guests. 2. Service Challenges: Attempts to cancel the remaining nights of our booking were denied by the hotel, and no one responded to my efforts to resolve the matter. 3. Check-In Difficulties: The check-in process was particularly challenging due to the absence of a reception desk and delayed responses from staff. 4. Disruptive Maintenance: During our stay, staff entered the room to fix the bedroom door lock. This caused noise and additional dust, further disrupting our experience. Overall, the conditions and lack of service made our stay unpleasant. Not recommended.

Nice and neat apartment. Could do with some entertainment though, like a bigger tv set and active customer service. Asides that, i had a great stay

Paid for riverview apartment but there is no river so wrong information first of all, No apartment number mention on booking so it's easier to management to put you any room which is low price.

The bed is incredibly small. The so called sofa bed is so soft and sunken you wouldn’t be able to walk next day if sleeping on it overnight. There’s no hot water, only borderline warm shower. It says including parking but there is no space, all filled up, only a handful of parking and first come first serve. No air conditioning or fan in the hot weather . No customer service. Smell like **** in the hallway and reception. Do not recommend, won’t come again. Do not worth money.

Clean with all the nessacary things supplied. You'll have to wash all the dishes or you'll be charged. The place is on the ground floor and very close to the main road so you can hear quite a bit of noise at night. Service was a bit lax. We've called the provided number for two days before getting the check in details. But the details provided were clear and easy to follow.

I enjoyed my stay in the room love everything about the setting hopefully vist soon when am in town again
