We’ve been using intercontinental hotel very well for couple years We live 5 hrs aways from the boston city Every time when we spend some time in the city we always book intercontinental hotel cause this hotel service, cleanness everything was so perfect. It worth, we loved it But lately we are very disappointed of services.last night we stayed was worst experience ever had at intercontinental hotel We stayed a night First. There is No robes. I tried to call lobby so many times! no answer . ( I had exactly same problem couple days ago when we stayed at your hotel. I had to go downstairs to ask for robe) Second. No answer lobby phone as I mentioned at first we’ve tried to call lobby so many time for services. ( Cart, water, etc) but NO answer Every time when I need I had to go Downstairs.. (Until last year? You guys were so good! since this year summer! I believe that you guys were NO answer AT ALL) Third. This is major !! Hotel AKA Back Bay

Boston City Center
Very satisfied. The hotel has large rooms, new facilities, heated towel racks, fruit in the gym, coffee machine on the first floor, hot water, tea making, and free of charge. The hotel is very close to the shopping center (Prudential Mall,), about 10 minutes walk. The subway is also about 10 minutes. Very convenient. I will stay at this hotel next time.

The Hotel lobby is beautiful! The front desk staff was amazing. We “upgraded” to a King Suite. The entire “first floor” (one level above the lobby) is very dark. The room was large but it wasn’t clean. The carpet in the hall and in the room was dirty. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not clean and there was no soap. I had to find a housekeeper to ask for soap, shampoo etc. I think because we booked through a third party vendor they give you the worst rooms. Reminded me of the movie the titanic- we were in the steerage area of the hotel or the oldest - probably haunted part of the hotel. That said, Amazing location!! I would book here again for sure!
The Ritz-Carlton, Boston

I hesitated for a long time when I booked this hotel, and I read the mixed reviews. But the price is indeed lower than other five-star hotels, so I still booked it... Sometimes there is a doorman, and sometimes there is no doorman. Even if he sees you carrying your luggage, he will not come to help you, just look at it from a distance So...stayed for two nights, the only service I felt was that the cleaning aunt would knock on the door in the evening and ask if there was any need for help. The rest already felt like an independent hotel... The facilities were really old, and the bedside cabinet was placed under the bed There is a huge and obvious multi-function socket. To charge, you can only charge by unplugging the other plugs of the multi-function socket... Staying in so many five-star hotels, this is the first hotel without a USB plug... Even the hotel It has been in business for a long time, and it's time to update the facilities... The carpet looks like it hasn't been washed for a long time, and the oil spots are everywhere... The decoration is definitely worthy of a five-star hotel 50 years ago, and now it has... Before I came to Boston, I lived in the New York Times Ritz-Carlton. I just want to feel what happened to you at the Ritz-Carlton... There is no progress and improvement. I can only watch your peers surpass you.
