GGuest UserWe spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay. The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

DDaring-lingling1. The location is great, near Boston Public Garden, making it very convenient to get to downtown (DT). 2. The curly-haired young lady who checked me in at the front desk was very nice. Seeing that I had an elder with me, she helped us get into a clean room as early as possible. 3. The hotel provided two complimentary drink vouchers, which could be used for cocktails. There were also three $35 vouchers, which we could use just for breakfast. The hotel is a bit small, which is probably the only drawback, but if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's absolutely fine!

BbayuemaThe one-bedroom suite featured a king-sized bed and a sofa bed. With two closets, it offered ample space for our family of three. The sofa bed was significantly better than those at Homewood Suites in New York – it didn't creak and was actually quite comfortable to sleep on. The hotel is conveniently located just 300 meters from Chinatown, ensuring our cravings for Chinese food were easily satisfied every evening. Getting to both the airport and the train station is easy with the free Silver Line (SL) bus service; just check Google Maps for the routes. We absolutely loved Boston; it's a beautiful city! We used the Green Line a few times, but our transit cards never seemed to work successfully. The driver said something I didn't quite understand, and I also noticed other passengers weren't tapping their cards. I never really figured out why – perhaps it was free?

에이미맘The room assigned to me upon arrival was not cleaned, so I had to wait to be assigned another room, which was inconvenient, and the fact that the cleaning was not done thoroughly was unfortunate. I would have been upset if I had thought it would be as hygienic as Korea. They cleaned the room every day, but they didn't change the blankets. They just re-set them. So there were hairs and cookie crumbs in the blankets. 🥲 I didn't want them to fight, so I cleaned them up~^^

GGuest UserThe hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oatmeal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off. On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.

YYujianjianghuThe hygiene is OK, not bad. The environment is average, close to the airport, a little far from the city. If you want to find living facilities such as convenience stores and restaurants in the surrounding area, you have to walk 11 or 12 minutes to the nearest Oriental Heights Station, so if you don't want to walk, you can only eat in the store. There is nothing to complain about the service. The facilities are always Hilton style, and there is not even a bottle of free drinking water. The only thing worth praising is that there is a free shuttle bus to the airport from 4 am, which runs every ten minutes, so you don't need to take a taxi, otherwise it will cost more than ten dollars. , There is no slippers in the place

HHi there!Location of hotel is great! Near to Newbury shopping street and Prudential subway station. Hotel is clean and staff were friendly and helpful! Room was spacious and housekeeping was good too. Only negative experience was I can hear other guest rooms doors opening and slamming close early in the morning. Other than that, my entire experience was awesome in the very comfortable room!

3300860****Advantages: 1. In the city center, close to Quincy Market, many restaurants and live bars nearby 2. Close to the subway and some attractions 3. Unlimited mineral water in the lobby Disadvantages: 1. Congested during rush hour 2. Wanted to sleep in the hotel in the afternoon, but was woken up by artists or bands on the street 3. On Friday night, the bar was too lively, and people were still shouting at 1 a.m., which seriously affected my rest
