Except for the fact that the guy at the front desk speaks better English and is more enthusiastic, everything else is terrible. The room was small, with a table but no chairs, and the mirror was broken. After staying for six nights, there was no waiter to do the cleaning once. The hot water can only be used for five minutes. After five minutes, the water gets colder and colder. The WiFi is very slow and I can't watch videos normally. The room door has no soundproofing effect. There is a hot water room next to the room I live in. Many people come to fetch water in the morning and evening. When you sleep, you can feel the water flowing next to your ears. They say there is breakfast, but actually you have to call them early in the morning and they will deliver it, and you have no idea what to eat. There is no free drinking water in the room either. I was mentally prepared for hotels in North Africa, but I didn't expect them to be so bad. I am really speechless to find such a hotel on Ctrip.
