The rooftop bar has a great vibe 😎. Upon check-in, we received one welcome drink per person. It's important to note that a 1000 PHP cash deposit is required per room. If you book two rooms, it's 2000 PHP, and so on. Remember to exchange money beforehand or have enough cash to cover it. Also, to access the rooftop bar, staff need to swipe your card; guest room cards don't grant direct access to the top floor. The room was small and the cleanliness was just average, but for the price, there's nothing to complain about. The breakfast was good; the egg pancake and pork options were solid choices. Overall, it's decent!

Location is excellent. Ayala Mall is 5 minutes walk. SM City mall is 30 minutes walk. There are cafe and restaurants just across the street, McDonald's and 7 eleven just behind Nice Big room, excellent bed and mattress, excellent pillows so nice very comfortable. The room bed mattress & pillows are much better than the 2 other neighboring hotels which are more expensive, I've stayed there too. Breakfast was excellent, buffet and there was bacon yummy. What i didn't like about this hotel are... 1)! They still insist on a deposit during check in 2) the overhead shower and the hand shower handle was broken and needed fixing. I like this hotel MORE than the other two neighbour hotels just next door and will choose this again next time

Well, for one, the price is really low and the location is really good - just walking distance from Gaisano Country Mall and Robinson's Supermarket. There was a canteen at the ground floor so you can enjoy some sort of home-cooked meals instead of eating out. There is a billiard table and table tennis table as well and you can borrow paddles and balls to play. The only thing is this place really has a prison vibe as its structure is similar to the prisons in American movies. Also, this is the only hotel where the front desk takes lunch break. lol lol But anyway, the hotel is really good for its price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the facilities were well maintained, and everything I needed was provided. I especially appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, which allowed me to rest well after a busy day. The location was also excellent. It was convenient to get around, and there were many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. This made my trip much more enjoyable and stress-free. One thing that impressed me the most was the attention to detail. The hotel clearly cares about its guests and works hard to provide the best possible experience. Every member of the staff treated me with kindness and respect, making me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit. Great stay and excellent location!We stayed at Kasa Boutique Hotel for 4 nights (July 19–23) and had a wonderful experience. The staff members are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and neat. There was a minor issue with the restroom, but it was no big deal and didn't take away from our overall comfort.One of the best parts about this hotel is its location. It is highly accessible and just a short distance from SM City, various coffee shops, and fast-food chains. Highly recommended for convenience and great service!

This hotel was really good for the price. The location was perfect for sightseeing, and it was clean and spacious, so I think it's a great value-for-money hotel. Even though the gym was small, I still used it, and all the hotel staff were friendly. The bathroom was clean, everything was clean.

The reception area is spacious and welcoming. The property is conveniently located within Cebu Business Park, with easy access to malls, restaurants, coffee shops, and other establishments. The dorm-style room is surprisingly spacious, even with four occupants, and the price is very affordable for the value it offers. The shower and toilet are separate, which is a nice touch. However, the shower does not have a water heater, and the toilet does not have a bidet. Considering the affordable rate, these are understandable trade-offs. Overall, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay pleasant. A great budget-friendly option for travelers looking for a convenient location in Cebu.

I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel's check-in time was supposed to be 2:00 PM, but when we arrived, our room was still not ready. We ended up waiting for almost an hour, which was frustrating after traveling and expecting to settle in on time. The room itself was also quite small, making it feel cramped and less comfortable than expected. I hope the hotel improves its room preparation process so guests can check in at the promised time. Better time management and more accurate room readiness would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
