Hotels in Cebu Downtown, Cebu

The design is quite good, but the renovation seems a bit shoddy. The wardrobe door couldn't close completely, letting light in all night. The night light had a really odd color. For the buffet breakfast on weekends, you'd have to queue if you went late. The food covered all of Asia, which was interesting.

Had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Amber Hotel Cebu! The rooms and common areas are very clean and well-maintained. A special mention to the staff—they are incredibly helpful, accommodating, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Bayfront Hotel Cebu with my daughter for a short visit, and we had a great experience. Although we only stayed for a short time, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I stayed at Bayfront Hotel Cebu with my daughter for a short visit, and we had a wonderful experience. Even though we only stayed for a short time, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy for us to relax after a busy day. One of the things we appreciated most was the excellent service. The staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another big advantage. It's very convenient, with easy access to nearby malls, restaurants, and other attractions, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Although our stay was brief, it was comfortable, relaxing, and hassle-free. We truly enjoyed our time here, and my daughter and I felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely choose Bayfront Hotel Cebu again on our next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel with excellent service.

I had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Plaza Hotel Cebu. The location is excellent, especially because it is just a short walk to Ayala Center, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist whenever I needed something. What I appreciate most is the combination of comfort, convenience, and good value for money. It feels like a hotel I can comfortably come back to whenever I’m in Cebu.

The hotel's location is pretty average. When I first opened the room, the floor was wet. After it dried, I noticed it was covered in grease, which made walking around in slippers very uncomfortable and I felt like I could slip at any moment. The bathroom was tiny, and the water pressure was very low. The bed was two single beds pushed together with a foam mattress. Housekeeping wasn't daily, and the Wi-Fi was terrible.

The hotel had several restaurants, and the lounge was open late, which was very convenient. Just across the street, there were food stalls, convenience stores, and fast-food places, making it a safe and convenient location to experience Filipino food culture. The only downside was that the elevators were extremely crowded during checkout, making it difficult to get downstairs.

We stayed in this hotel for four times now. Definitely it is our way away from home. Very convenient, with variety of breakfast choices, plus they allow you to check in early or leave your things at the counter after you check out.l to be able to have extra time to go around the city.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was nice, clean, aesthetic and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the place had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was also accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel's hardware facilities are pretty standard. The dinner buffet offers decent value for money. However, the hotel's room service is quite rigid. My plans changed, and I wouldn't be able to use the breakfast. I had communicated this four or five days in advance, asking to switch breakfast for dinner or upgrade to a room without breakfast. But the hotel lacked flexible management and consistently refused. I'm very dissatisfied with this aspect.

Seda hotel is conveniently located near one of the famous malls in Cebu city. Breakfast was great, they have great food selection options and it is buffet. Check in was really smooth and they even offer an option of early check in + package for drinks for an affordable amount. Rooms were clean, well airconed with a good city view. Maybe the only inconvenience for me was shower water was not hot enough, but not cold for sure. Also they have higene shower next to the toilet but no soap near it. Quite and great place to live while visiting center of Cebu city. It was mi daughters birthday and they even gave us a very tasty cake
