I've been trying to contact Hotel Vista Mare for the past month (15.02 - today) regarding a reservation using their prepaid voucher. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response to my 3 emails. When I called, I was told that I should communicate via email and that a colleague of the person I talked to will reply to me tomorrow. Another 3 weeks have passed and 2 additional emails have been sent - still no reply. While I understand that hotels can get busy, the complete lack of communication is concerning. It creates uncertainty and makes it difficult to plan my stay or consider this hotel for future stays. If you're looking for a hotel with responsive staff who can answer your questions promptly and make a reservation for you, especially, that the stay has already be paid in the past, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Weekend to celebrate mum's birthday, they had already stayed in this hotel for me it was the first time, but I have to say.. what a WONDERFUL! Well-kept and modern location and furnishings. The staff were really kind, friendly and helpful to customers' needs. The next day before leaving to go home we had brunch and wow, fresh and dried fruit, yoghurt, condiments and more on the buffet, the rest à la carte... but how good! Madly in love with berry pancakes. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at this property on Valentine's Day, very kind staff, excellent value for money. Compliments especially for the breakfast. The only advice is to lower the temperature of the hydromassage in the spa, which is too hot to use.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights stay in early 2024. Nice beachfront property, clean and tidy. Spacious, quiet and well-arranged rooms. Excellent breakfast served by a very professional and welcoming staff. We must say that the service in the morning was appreciated excessively. There is also a variety of offerings at self-service, but the strong point is that most of the food is brought to the table and freshly prepared. Huge variety of excellent quality sweet and savory preparations. Combine this with the fact that you can have breakfast until late in the morning and perfection is served. Small but adequate SPA also considering the limited number of accesses. EXCELLENT massage service operated by Alice and Arianna. Staff at the hotel reception really professional and friendly.
